Not budget in season. The only minus. Well-kept territory, rooms meet the stated standards, decent SPA. The staff is very attentive. Discounts on birthdays. Private beach. There is a poultry house on the territory - peacocks, guinea fowl. Nearby is the Anna Akhmatova Park and Chersonesos

Well, our REBOOT has come to an end! Tomorrow morning we are leaving this wonderful place. This is Sevastopol paradise - Hotel Pesochnaya Bukhta! Gosha and I are very happy that we had a rest here! Very pleased with the holiday. Everywhere is clean, well-kept, regular cleaning of rooms. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine. Not a bad beach, clean sea, warm pool. Convenient location of the hotel. Liked everything. We will come again.

A wonderful and very comfortable hotel. Excellent cuisine, a dedicated beach, its own small park. And a very large and well-kept territory. It is definitely worth visiting and spending your vacation here.

the best outdoor heated swimming pool in sevastopol, Cristal clear water ,lots of sun loungers, never a problem to find one, very pleasant place to spend some spare time, one the seafront with a great view souronded by trees, well worth a visit, weekdays the price is 600 ₽, at the weekend it's 800 ₽ Just to add, greed got the better of them!!! now it's a 1000 ₽ , which is way over priced , it's...

Perfect location and nice facility. Good employees

Good hotel in the city center. Good breakfast, nice service.

This is a beautiful old Hotel from the Soviet era. You can tell that this was such a grand old place - it is the absolute best that Sevastopol can give- huge beautiful staircase with red carpet, big and spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, the usual twin beds pulled together with top sheet missing and single doonas!!! Don't worry the same as this all through Europe and Russia!!! Amazing breakfast one...

Some services were not available, for example, finnish sauna and russian bath

After the restoration, the hotel has become much more comfortable and more prestigious. Located in the heart of the city. Included in historical heritage.

The hotel, which not for nothing is the name of the hero city. Courteous and very nice staff, luxurious rooms, well-equipped meeting rooms, and a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. Elite place for a luxury holiday.

Good hotel. Nice, helpful staff, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet with live music. Dinners only from the third day of stay but as a gift - (information for business travelers), you can also have dinner at your own expense. The waterfront with monuments and sights is within easy reach.

Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, neat, not worn out, pictures hang around. Several galleries. A great varied breakfast of all sorts of simple and complex cooked delicacies. The bonus free dinner was also nice. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a nice coffee shop. The prices are humane. Very polite and responsive staff. Everything is done with the desire to please guests. Good location...

Good dining service, food was great!

About this property a separate issue!!!! the staff is just top class!!!!! service, comfort , food , cafe , restaurant very decent and pleasant. recommend yourself !!!!

A good budget option. Everything is clean, neat. Spacious rooms. The Soviet staff: with a smile and friendliness is tough, but on the quality of service and comfort is not affected. At the bottom of your restaurant. In General, good.

Villa Venetsiya

Sevastopol, ulitsa Shchitovaya, 23a 🧭

🌞 From seashore 1 min

Pros: 1. Rooms are pleasant: cleanliness and comfort 2. The presence of a bath: a broom and good steam🔥 3. The presence of a pool Minuses: 1. Wi-fi (at the time of my stay) was stupid: slow speed, inability to view YouTube))

I liked the hotel: calm, clean, comfortable, everything is decorated in Venetian style, friendly staff. Near the city beach Aquamarine is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is a fixed seven course menu - tried everything - delicious, drinks to choose from. For breakfast, you can order lunch and dinner (time is fixed): there is a decent selection of dishes, the price tag of two dishes is about...

I put 4 stars only for the remoteness from the sea. The pool is excellent. Breakfast about 10 types to choose from. The rooms are huge)) at least on the 4th floor)) the territory is well-groomed, with fish and flowers. To the sea about 15 minutes walk.

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean, room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed upon request. Very good restaurant on the ground floor, excellent breakfasts. On the territory of the hotel there is a beautiful swimming pool, sun loungers, you can relax perfectly. The sea is ten minutes walk, very clean, the beaches are equipped. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The hotel has a wonderful...

A wonderful hotel, as if you are in reality in Venice! Paintings, chandeliers, carnival masks, rooms, a restaurant, everything is designed according to the theme of the Venetian Baroque. Cozy mini arboretum parks, a pool with goldfish, a barbecue area with a picturesque gazebo, a sauna with indoor and outdoor pools .. comfort and magic in everything. Michelin quality food and real prices. In a word...

A modern hotel with stylish design and name. Clean, cozy, 4-floor high ceiling. The room is big, very stylish and magka bed. Of the minuses, only the location far from the city center, but everything else fits.

Friendly and caring staff. Clean rooms, very soft mattresses for the bed, slept well. We were pleased with the drinks in the room, now you don’t often see this, a separate plus. Very unusual design of the rooms in the style of the cabins of the ship, I liked this approach. Good internet speed, you can watch a lot of cable channels before going to bed. I recommend stopping if you are in Sevastopol.

The rooms are cozy, entourage, clean, the service is excellent, all issues were resolved in the moment, the staff is helpful. We stayed for a week, everything was fine, the breakfasts are always fresh and tasty. Thank you for your service.

Cozy small hotel. Purely. The location is convenient. Delicious breakfasts

Thanks for the great hotel! Even before you check in, the staff makes you feel like a special guest! We called on the eve of arrival, specified the time of arrival, offered to order a transfer from the airport, explained how to get there by public transport. The room and the hotel itself are clean and comfortable. There is everything that ensures a comfortable stay (bathing accessories, tea / coffee...

Optimal on a ratio the price/quality place. Within walking distance are public transport to any of the major parts of the city that is convenient, direct transport, you can reach both the center and the sea. Very friendly staff, any issues are resolved very quickly and with genuine warmth. Of the minuses, perhaps, only the lack of Breakfast, but this issue was solved thanks cafe "Dumplings", 50 meters...

Been there with my girlfriend in February for work. Small cozy hotel. Bribed proximity to downtown, 7 minutes walk to square Ushakov. At first it was cool, but the first request was given a heater. We rented an apartment under the roof. The staff is friendly. The apartments are clean and freshly renovated. There are small cons like the lack of light over the sink, a clothes dryer and a broom (you definitely need to sweep something with children). Location is good, has its own parking spaces

The hotel room has everything you need. The room has a safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi is excellent, TV, but there were no slippers as well as bathrobes. Car parking is a problem. Breakfast 🥣 was included in the cafe, but I don't know how yet... The hotel is in the city center.

Quiet hotel in a convenient location. Hearty homemade breakfasts, the administrators are pleasant and friendly. We come back here a second time, everything is close, stop, embankment, cafes, canteens. There was even a sauna, but didn't visit.

A fairly good place, comfortable well-equipped rooms, excellent location, especially pleasant affordable prices, in general, a good price / quality ratio. The only negative would be the not very friendly and helpful staff in the cafe at the hotel.

Large room with a huge balcony, the renovation is quite old. There is a bath. Not a bad breakfast. There is no lift. There is a refrigerator. Welcoming and friendly staff at the reception.

🌞 From seashore 1 km

A friend and her husband visited the Yard Hotel and were disappointed! In the shower, the water did not go down the drain, we had to stand in the water. The furniture is old and worn out. No service!

Basic old design hotel. Conveniently located. There is a cafe. Rooms from 1700 rubles and above. The suites are so-so. Uncomfortable, like non-suites in European hotels. Value for money is not in favor of the hotel "Yard". Expensive for such a hotel. The rooms are bad. Not comfortable.

Liked the hotel. Cute both outside and inside. Everything is neat and functional. Near a cafe with friendly staff and a delicious menu. Grocery 50 meters, minibus stop 3 minutes walk. Stopped by from a long road and was not disappointed for a second. The prices are acceptable. Do not look for deshman apartments in advance - half of them are a scam. It is easier to check into a hotel, and then act according...

Everything is Beautiful and the location is good

Excellent wifi ,comfortable room, good service.Everything you need is close.Mini-market,family supermarket. We would like to mention the restaurant "Yard".Huge selection of tea, very tasty food at reasonable prices.Be sure to come again.

We rested in July 2021 (just returned) for two weeks. Dear hotel management, pay attention to the work of the maids !!!!!! This is not a wet cleaning of the rooms !!! And none at all. Throw away the debris and wipe the middle with a damp cloth. And that's not always the case. Sunday is their day off. Not cleaned at all. This is where it happens? Plumbing is NOT WASHED AT ALL. All taps are covered with...

Quiet calm place. People who are accustomed to an active lifestyle will be bored here. There is practically no entertainment in the evening. The beach is good, there are not many people. The only thing that disappointed was the dining room in the complex. The staff are not very friendly, the food is average and the price tag is very decent. Fortunately, we found a good cafe outside the complex.

Quiet location, close to the forest and the sea. Very friendly staff. For little money, quite comfortable rooms, stylish furniture and a modern interior. There are all the necessary utensils and utensils for cooking. If you wish, you can eat on the spot, tasty and inexpensive. This is a great option for rest, relaxation alone or with your loved one.

Great hotel, nice nautical styling. On the territory of the pool with salty chlorinated water. Verandas for relaxation. Gym. Lots of greenery to take care of. Separate access to the sea.

We rested in June 2021, very well-groomed green area, decent rooms, a good beach a couple of kilometers away. The hotel also has access to the sea, but very narrow and rocky. The food is delicious in the restaurant, but it’s sooooo long to wait, we usually ordered everything in advance, went to the rooms, so as not to sit for 40-60 minutes waiting for food. The staff are friendly, but the cleaning...

We found this place by accident and were very satisfied. I'll write honestly - the interior decoration of the rooms should be updated and made more modern! Everything else is 5+. Beautiful well-groomed territory, a swimming pool with sea water, its own access to the sea, and an excellent location of the hotel. The Omega Club is great. If you are staying in Sevastopol, then you are here, definitely

Rest from 22 to 24 May 2021. Responsive staff, pleasant area, parking. There is an inexpensive restaurant on request. BUT, now, during dinner, they forgot to bring a drink! We ate everything, waited 10 minutes, reminded the waiter and ... We waited another 5 minutes. As a result, we went to the room to drink our own. Here is such an unpleasant little thing ...

A wonderful hotel, delicious cuisine, beautiful and well-groomed territory. Attentive and helpful staff, especially the girls at the reception Natalia and Elina. Gym and pool level. Room cleaning no complaints. The only minus the duvet is larger than the duvet cover (all the time gets confused), but these are trifles. In general, everything is fine !!!

A great place to relax with the whole family. Price quality. The sea and the beach are 20 meters away. Service level!

Cozy, beautiful. Your own pool. But a little expensive

Great hotel for families. Closed area with pool and parking, with a beautiful park and a clean beach. Located in the bay. The hotel has a bar Tavern in the area where breakfast is served in the morning. Half board and full board are available. In the park there are tables with equipped barbecue. There is also a playground. The hotel has a sauna with an indoor pool, relaxation room and massage table...

Beautiful botanical garden in the courtyard of the hotel. Surprised and pleased. The bar is excellent, very nice waiters, the cuisine is excellent. The rooms were not, as we stopped to relax on the beach near the hotel. But visually and on the impressions of communicating with the staff, I thought that everything is fine here. I will add a photo later that I will find)

Great hotel, the property features a pool, restaurant, ping pong, first line, private garden, great beach. Staff 5, number 4, meals 5. Recommend! Photo 360 and 3D tour you can see all the details.

Lovely hotel, very cozy, closed area. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers, a sauna with a jacuzzi, gazebos for evening gatherings. Responsive hostess, any request or problem was instantly resolved. Wonderful stay in a great location!

I liked it very much! Clean, comfortable, near the sea with a sandy beach. Cafe on site. There is no bustle of the city, and the center is only 15 minutes, including a boat or ferry. Clean pool with sun loungers, gazebos, swing. Lots of greenery, flowers and nearby pine forest

An ideal place in Crimea, a pleasant hotel away from the crowds. Cool wild beach, beautiful nature. Nearby is the coolest new park Uchkuevka. You can get to the center of Sevastopol in half an hour by bus + boat, they often go.

A comfortable place, clearly worth the money. Assortment in room class. I especially liked the room category "Apartments"! Your cafe, breakfasts! General, original parking (common for all hotels and hotels in this area). Iron and cold water cooler on each floor. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen area, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, kettle and bath accessories by default. Well, very spacious...

It turns out there are rooms with no windows at all, literally in the basement. I was "lucky" to face this. So you need to first check with the administrator what kind of room is planned for booking, it is not always clear from the photo. In addition, the attitude of the maid once shocked. The towels left on the floor to replace them were simply folded neatly back onto the sink, apparently for later...

Convenient location, reasonable price, the administration is always ready to solve any problem and is to meet the needs of the guests. on the ground floor cafe

Beautiful. Well maintained. The beach is equipped for 4 plus. Galya, darling.

A very beautiful area! In General, for Crimean-level is one of the best hotels where there are a lot of fun entertainment! Like Spa, plenty of baths and large swimming pools. The staff is polite and courteous. Anyway, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very cool landscape, landscaped, streams there, arbors, etc. the closed Area, small children are not afraid to let go for a walk on the lawn. Cons: - the entrance and passage to the hotel is difficult, it is located in the courtyard of 3 houses, there is really no parking (only 3 places); - breakfasts, lunches and dinners must be ordered, and if you order at the wrong time, then wait for the chef to be dissatisfied; - in the toilet rooms are cleaned badly (smell); - a bit far from...

Basically a normal hotel. But one big downside is no parking! And it is located among residential buildings, where parking spaces belong to residents No one will let you through the barrier. I had to park my car 500 meters from the hotel. That is, in unprotected territory. Another thing I didn’t like was the terrible spiral staircase, on which it’s very, very inconvenient to go up or down.

A hotel in Sevastopol where I like to stay the day before seminars or after intense impressions from performances in the theater. It's warm and cozy here! Friendly staff, delicious food. A city hotel that I advise all my friends from Sevastopol!

I needed to stay for a day, and according to their rules, during the season they settle from three days. But in the end we went to the meeting) thanks. The ratio of price and quality is optimal. Everything you need is there
