Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The photos that are presented on various sites are absolutely untrue. The first, seemingly positive, impression (30 seconds) evaporates very quickly. Of particular note is the bathroom. The towels that were in our room had some brown stains. I’m even afraid to imagine what they are from, but there was no desire to wipe them off. In addition, there were huge holes in the towels, the head could fit there. There were 4 of us, it was indicated when booking, there were only three pillows in the room. When we asked the administrator to bring us another one, it turned out that the pillows were over. There is no dryer in the room, so you can't wash it much. We stayed in small towns such as Feodosia, Sudak, the hotels were also not 4-star, very simple, but much cleaner and more tidy.

A friend and her husband visited the Yard Hotel and were disappointed! In the shower, the water did not go down the drain, we had to stand in the water. The furniture is old and worn out. No service!

Lived with his wife for two days. Suite 2800 RUB Spacious, bright, clean room. Two beds bed with good mattress. The sheets are clean. The bathroom is clean, bright. The staff is friendly and helpful. Decent Breakfast for 200 RUB in a cozy cafe on the ground floor. In the courtyard Parking 75 rubles per day. Good Wi-Fi. Kettle in room not provided.

Professional nice staff...very little to no English...good WiFi in room...no shower curtains...well maintained rooms and clean... Did notice visible stain on sheets and was grossed out however overall 4+ stars...and food was very good and secure parking was available for rental car

Basic old design hotel. Conveniently located. There is a cafe. Rooms from 1700 rubles and above. The suites are so-so. Uncomfortable, like non-suites in European hotels. Value for money is not in favor of the hotel "Yard". Expensive for such a hotel. The rooms are bad. Not comfortable.

Liked the hotel. Cute both outside and inside. Everything is neat and functional. Near a cafe with friendly staff and a delicious menu. Grocery 50 meters, minibus stop 3 minutes walk. Stopped by from a long road and was not disappointed for a second. The prices are acceptable. Do not look for deshman apartments in advance - half of them are a scam. It is easier to check into a hotel, and then act according to circumstances and tastes! Have a good rest and impressions from Sevastopol!!!
