Not bad, but getting along the serpentine is difficult, especially when Google maps lead to a dead end or nowhere))
The hotel has several buildings, a swimming pool and breakfasts in the SPA building. The breakfasts didn’t differ much from day to day, but always a decent selection. There is a children's menu. The pool is large, the spa area is ok. The prices for the procedures are average.
There is parking for cars, on Verkhotura and not very flat, like almost everything in Crimea))
To Yalta (embankment) along the coast about 10 minutes on foot, very convenient

We live in the Azor building. Plastic entrance doors with translucent glazing are opened mechanically with a key. Soundproofing is poor, light from the corridor enters the room, it is not possible to sleep at night. Even if the neighbors turn on the light in their room at night, it will penetrate through the translucent door into your room. The interior doors in the room itself are cheap and old. Nice hotel. Several pools, one of them on the 9th floor of the Central building. For guests on the beach free sun loungers. You can relax in the Spa and get a massage. There is a buffet with a variety of dishes, menu for children.

Your way to spa zone, as well as to the court, if your room is standard, only throughout an open air zone, which is not comfy. Water in wc is going not good pressure, so to take a shower and adjust a comfy temperature will take time(that is a standard room probably-maybe suite or lux will feel better)
