Great place for a couple of days. Not always clean showers and toilets, but from the rooms there is a beautiful view of the sea and you can swim at 6 in the morning.

Excellent guest house, there is a summer kitchen, barbecue facilities. In the photo, the view from the room on the 3rd floor, it is magnificent. The rooms themselves are clean, everything you need is there (microwave, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron). The bed is very comfortable, the floors are heated (in March we rested and did not freeze).
Stayed for a week during the New Year holidays. In the studio on the second floor. Cozy and spacious studio with a sea view!!! Friendly hosts. Massandra beach is within easy reach.
This is a quiet place. Near the beach, Yalta embankment. Very clean, comfortable, modern!!! High-speed internet. Sea view!!!
Wonderful apartments, everything is comfortable, high quality and worth the money. The owner, Yuri, is a categorically interesting person - he goes with groups to the mountains, organizes bike rides in the Crimea, and kayaks. I recommend!
