An excellent hotel and restaurant on the beachfront. Comfort and absolute tranquility under reliable security... Harmony and romance... Attentive hotel staff and impeccable cleanliness... Delicious cuisine, warm conversations with friends, family, or new acquaintances to the sound of the surf and the sounds of a saxophone. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, who leave no one behind, even when they have to serve customers in rain, wind, thunderstorms, and other natural disasters. The waiters are great. Yesterday we returned from Derbent to Perm, and we can't wait to go back...and to this very hotel! A wonderful, well-maintained, spotlessly clean hotel, perfect for everything! The kindest staff, always ready to help, offer advice...help...teach! Everything was top-notch! They had everything you need for a truly relaxing seaside vacation! We felt right at home! Wishing happiness, kindness, and health to the entire hotel staff and your loved ones!

A brand new hotel with professional guest care. Wonderful Fayza will greet you with a smile and charm you from the very first moment. A wide stretch of beach, cozy grounds. Close to town, shops nearby. Yes, the area and hotels nearby are still being developed, but the waves are nearby, and a summer vacation will be wonderful.

The hotel is magnificent!! Clean and cozy, recently renovated, the bed linen is snow-white, the robes are white, slippers are provided, a hairdryer, and snow-white towels are changed every other day, as are the robes! The hotel has modern furniture and design, and matches the photos! The receptionists are very friendly and polite! The maids come to clean every day, and they do a great job! Toilet paper and bath amenities are replenished daily! And the most important factor when choosing a hotel is its beachfront location! The city is magnificent!

I booked a room with a sea view and a balcony, so I could step outside and listen to the sound of the surf without leaving the hotel. The view was stunning, and the room itself was well-maintained and cleaned daily. It was very quiet, even though we were not alone, so no one made any noise.

The overall impression is bad. Pros: good location by the sea, close to the city center and pedestrian streets. Rooms on the second floor with sea views have balconies. There are gazebos for gatherings, there are tables and benches on the shore. Cons: do not settle on the 3rd floor in a 4-bed room. We arrived in a large group and we got this horror, with a loophole almost under the ceiling. Hot water ends at about 7-30 in the morning, closer to 8 the cold water may stop flowing. Breakfast is a nightmare and doesn't keep up with timing. Should start at 8, but bring in at 8-30. Watery porridge and eggs or scrambled eggs. All rooms have bad plumbing. Conclusion: if you choose a room with a balcony and do not pay attention to breakfast, then it is quite a decent place, but at rush hours without hot water)))
