Yesterday we returned from Derbent to Perm, and we can't wait to go back...and to this very hotel! A wonderful, well-maintained, spotlessly clean hotel, perfect for everything! The kindest staff, always ready to help, offer advice...help...teach! Everything was top-notch! They had everything you need for a truly relaxing seaside vacation! We felt right at home! A brand new hotel with professional guest care. Wonderful Fayza will greet you with a smile and charm you from the very first moment. A wide stretch of beach, cozy grounds. Close to town, shops nearby. Yes, the area and hotels nearby are still being developed, but the waves are nearby, and a summer vacation will be wonderful.

The hotel is magnificent!! Clean and cozy, recently renovated, the bed linen is snow-white, the robes are white, slippers are provided, a hairdryer, and snow-white towels are changed every other day, as are the robes! The hotel has modern furniture and design, and matches the photos! The receptionists are very friendly and polite! The maids come to clean every day, and they do a great job! Toilet paper...

I booked a room with a sea view and a balcony, so I could step outside and listen to the sound of the surf without leaving the hotel. The view was stunning, and the room itself was well-maintained and cleaned daily. It was very quiet, even though we were not alone, so no one made any noise.

Very tasty! Cool setting. Serving dishes is a separate chic in a Caucasian style!

A good hotel with a great location. Huge rooms with beautiful interiors and sea views. Delicious and nutritious breakfasts. I put 4 stars for poor sound insulation. If someone noisy lives above you, then you will hear everything)

Good hotel. Spacious rooms, beautiful interior. Breakfasts are standard. The only negative is that if there is a restaurant, it only works for breakfasts.

The best hotel with good Wi-Fi. But the downside is the small toilets, which seem made for dwarfs.

Were in the water park at the hotel, a poor water park, one female shower room, two dirty toilets. Very modest for a five star hotel.

Rich decor, friendly staff, own water park. Of the minuses, the beach is dirty (cows walk, dead fish are lying around), swimming is prohibited. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a canteen with a Soviet menu. The hotel is 10-15 minutes by car from the city center.

Nice beach, near a water park at affordable prices. Sand, in some places seashells for those who like to walk on a bark.

A very overpriced hotel in my opinion. Pros: new, clean and by the sea. Cons: the service does not match the price, the price is three times too high, the staff is not familiar with the elementary standards of the hotel business, a meager dining room, a very controversial design for me, located on a noisy highway

I really love this complex. Everything is top-notch: the rooms, the service, the technical equipment, they offer a variety of payment methods, the food is delicious, and the sprinter is fantastic (we used it to go to Sulak). The biggest plus is the location.

4 stars is not about this hotel. Very small rooms. There is no lift, but go up with suitcases to the rooms high. A friend who lived in a separate room did not turn off the air conditioner, she had to cover herself with all the bedspreads and towels. Moreover, managers know this problem. One night is fine, but hardly suitable for a longer stay.

The hotel very much. But! With the plumbing we need to do something. We lived there for 12 days and listened to the singing of the pipes, especially at night. Nice place, clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff is wonderful any requests, suggestions, questions always help. The prices are low, sugar,tea, water, soap, napkins, toilet paper for free. There is wi-fi, air-conditioning, a toilet and a bath in the room. Remained satisfied with everything.

1600 rubles. Internet nl . TV 20 channels of the most boring(except for TNT), shower, air conditioning, all excellent.

I have been going to this family hotel almost from the first year of its existence. I don't know if there are stars... Everything is simple, comfortable, without pretensions to exclusiveness. The optimal combination of price and quality. This year I brought 15 friends and held a retreat. Everyone was satisfied. Next year in August we will occupy the hotel completely, so adjust your plans 😉

The quality/price matches. In walking distance (10 min) there is a good beach (towards the village of HAZAR). Nearby there is a restaurant, they cook deliciously, but compared to the establishments close to the center of Derbent, it is expensive. Nearby there is a MUG where you can buy groceries.
