The hotel is on the outskirts, the entrance to it is on a dirt road about 2 km. Near the sea, but very dirty and swimming is not worth it, go to the right 500-600 meters or less. There is a pool, but at the time of arrival the water in it is green. All and sundry can come to the pool (those who do not live in the hotel) and swim in clothes .... Terrible. The rooms are very dirty and worn out. The hotel is also very dirty. There is a kitchen, they cook quickly and seem to be normal. This hotel is clearly overpriced. Good luck to everyone in your search.

I like the hotel. The access to the sea is very close. But the beach is made of rocks. I knew about the stones and bought slippers for swimming. You can swim in them on any shore. The road to the hotel is so-so, about a kilometer without asphalt, but you can survive and get there. But here it is quiet and there is no city fuss.

We stumbled upon this hotel by accident because we didn't read the reviews. It looks like a good hotel, everything should be fine, but the room is very dirty, paint and plaster are everywhere. Asked to clean the room, but nothing has changed. The view from the window is good if you can see something through a dirty window. The location should have been good, the sea is under the window, but you won’t be able to swim in it, everything is in algae and there is a terrible smell.

The hotel itself is small, cozy, located in a quiet private sector on the Caspian coast. The hotel has underground parking. Rooms in pleasant colors, the room has everything you need. The shower in the bathroom is not very comfortable, all the water was on the floor, the curtain does not close the pan well. We got a room with a sea view, but to be honest, it would be better without a view, because. the windows were very dirty and it was difficult to see anything in them ... there is no beach as such, cobblestones and stones. The whole impression of the hotel is spoiled by the road, which simply does not exist, broken, gravel, mud and puddles, and in dry weather, dust is a pillar ...

The hotel is beautiful, delicious food
Very quiet
Of the minuses 2 km bumpy road and rocky beach. But there is a pool.
For a quiet family holiday.
We liked it.
And for parties leaving the city - 10 minutes, a lot of cafes with awesome kitchen + store with cognac factory ))

As a recreation center - excellent, as a hotel - so-so. Well-groomed territory, parking in the basement, helpful staff. There is a nice pool. You can have delicious lunch and dinner. The view is simply gorgeous. Cons: the hotel does not clean the room and change linen and towels, they do not take out the garbage from the word at all. There is no safe, the mattress needs to be replaced, and there is nowhere to swim in the sea. The beach of the holiday village, which is nearby, is also not very good. A great place to spend the weekend, if more than 2-3 days, the lack of service in the room starts to strain.
