When checking in, we mistakenly asked to pay for the room - the next morning the head of the Check-in Service called us personally and reported the employee's mistake. They apologized and made a refund. They were sincerely interested in what could be improved. Of the small minuses: no soundproofing of the risers, no limiters on the windows (the windows open completely). Oh, I remembered - the biggest minus is the lack of a coffee machine at breakfast.
