Stayed for 3 nights. Very neat and clean hotel with clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Even though they did not speak English fluently we could overcome the language barrier. The hotel management helped us in organising our tours to Chemal, Chuisky Tract and Lake Teletskoye. We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel.

The Internet in the rooms catches very badly, some do not have it at all. Purely. Pleased with tea and coffee with nonstop cookies in the dining room. There is some kind of unpleasant smell everywhere in the whole hotel. It's hot in the room, the window must be kept open at all times

Was 25-26.08.2021 Nice hotel. Located in the industrial zone (solid car services), there is a road nearby. A fairly steep staircase leads to the rooms. The room is small and rather cozy (we had it under the roof), the window is only half curtained, either the sun or the moon is shining in the upper triangle of the window. We stayed one night here. Very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Not completely sound proof. They have tea and coffee available all day in the restaurant free of charge. Breakfast was a good spread of selection. Not the most common breakfast dishes, a lot of bread toasted with cheese and different toppings. Short 20 minutes walk to the city centre. We would stay there again.

Three stars. I was struck by how much the appearance does not match the interior decoration. Inside are horrible carpet interiors from the late 90s. The rooms are large, but the gaudy color scheme of curtains and bedspreads makes the view very cheap. A wonderful hotel, almost in the center of the city. Great very clean room, big balcony, clean good linen, comfortable bed. The room has a small kitchen. This was important to us because we were with the dog. Good breakfasts. I recommend to everyone.

We visited at the beginning of June 23. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the mountains, although our windows overlooked the courtyard, it did not darken our mood. Our suite is great ... clean, tidy ... the staff is helpful, easy to talk to ... the food in the dining room is delicious ... I'm glad I came here..hope to come again more than once

Clean and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located in the eastern city center, close to attractions and a subway station, making it easy to get around. There's a supermarket and Chinese restaurants nearby. It also has a gym and great views. Overall, it's very good.

The hotel is quite close to a flea market, which is super convenient for weekend browsing. It's a bit far from the city center, though. Everything’s good except they are not accepting any other currency than Russian rubles. Tough to communicate and they don’t want you to talk English at all, Unless you have translator in your phone.

We use to extend three extra hours and we pay for that extended hours that was good becuse our flight was at night

It was very noisy because of passing by highway traffic. Window glasses were not sound proof. Could not sleep properly because of this reason. Otherwise everything else were spot on.

The location was very convenient, right next to the subway and definitely near major tourist sites. We were spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafes too within the hotel’s vicinity.

I love it because of the location everything around you , especially money exchange, restaurants, izmaylove market good to visit it on Friday or Saturday. Portable water available

A hidden gems for Murmansk, nice lock homes but not that warm in the room (outside -20c) the water system is from underground so it’s a bit difficult to wash your hand without water splash everywhere. But overall the stay was great. The hotel is very helpful on the issue that I’ve lose my immigration paper. The first day we arrived the food was not good. But the day after the food was so great.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days in a double room for winter break. The hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and polite. The room is not big but it is needed only for an overnight stay. It is not customary to equip the rooms with a common dining room (disposable utensils, kettles, microwave, tables).
