The location and the environment is excellent. There is a BBQ facilities with shelter that you can BBQ even in cold weather. The owner is very helpful and arranged everything, even the excursions and transfer arrangement are very good. There is a lovely cat here！

We rested here a year ago, I completely forgot to leave a review, I really liked the rooms, especially the mattress, pillows and blankets, we slept like in a cloud! Very clean, fresh, everything was new. The kitchen-dining room is also clean, stylish. Nice and polite receptionists.

A cozy hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy center of Listvyanka. Nice interior and warm fireplace. The only thing that upset me was that there is no restaurant or cafe, but breakfast is included in the price of the room, and on the second floor there is a full-fledged kitchen where you can cook lunch and dinner if you wish.
