+ Everything was perfect...super reception staff...warm, cosy hotel, plenty of hot water and powerful shower...great position, five minute stroll from Karl Marx Av and only a few more to Central Market. I would (and shall!) stay here again.- Nothing...

+ It's very central, walking distance within almost everything. It has what you would expect from a hotel. Very clean. I was able to check in early and rest in the café area before that.04.04.2024

+ The staffs are super friendly and the location is great (walking distance to the river and the cathedral). There is Gazprombank ATM in 800m, opening 24/7 (the status displayed on Google Maps is wrong), if you need to get cash using cards of Union Pay or Visa, just go directly.- -

+ The location is perfect: it is a quiet street only a few hundred metres from shops; the central bus station; the riverside; and the central markets. There is also a gym nearby. The staff are friendly and they keep the rooms very clean. They have good laundry services. The rooms are spacious and quiet; there is a tv and fridge and microwave. The bathrooms have warm water and food pressure. The vibe is of a family friendly inn. They have a cafe too.- -

+ Walking distance to most things in Irkutsk downtown Spacious, comfy enough for the price! Clean as expected! Very friendly staff and helpful. It would be helpful if they could speak some basic English. Some foreigners still come to Russia guys! Any other language can help too, Spanish, French etc...but with my limited Russian, we still managed to make it work :)- Not much I disliked, staff could speak a little bit of another foreign language but it is not a deal breaker

Very nice hotel for the price. Very clean and modern looking.
Only negative for me were the very hard beds. Felt almost like sleeping on the floor.
