The location, rooms, and breakfast were good, but the staff was quite slow.

A decent hotel with great views in the middle of Irkutsk...however, the one major issue that we had when we visited was that there was no cold water, only hot. This made taking showers pretty much impossible, and it was a little bizarre having steam rise from the toilet bowl every time you flushed it.

Very good place for the price. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but linen is fresh and comfortable, and the aircon is working well.

There is always a lot of visitors from China, and therefore quite noisy. Often do not work sockets/fridge/TV in the room. Wi-Fi always in a state of acute coma, have a modem or Internet simkarta. Such wonderful service! We were taken care off completely, and felt so very welcome. Staff speak English and Russian, whichever you're comfortable with. Breakfast is good, and we had a nice view too! Definitely recommended.

First, the downsides: the hotel breakfast costs 100 yuan per person, which isn't good value for money. Also, the bed is very soft and uncomfortable. When taking a taxi to Lizhen, I didn't know how to communicate with the local driver and had to ask the front desk for help.

The parking lot is large, the rooms have plenty of hot water in the shower, and it's right next to the Angara River, making it convenient for walks. The location is also good; attractions are within walking distance.

The room was nice, spacious and clean, and the price was reasonable, making it great value for money. It's located right by the beach. Please note that breakfast is open until 10 am. The staff's English isn't very good.

The staff is well-trained and hardworking. The breakfast is simple but very good. But the room size is very small, not clean enough, etc.

This really is a great place to stay in Irkutsk. Fantastic downtown location and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, shops. Small(ish) but very comfortable rooms with all the amenities one would expect from a 4 star in this part of the world. Tasty breakfast and a warm welcome with a voucher for a glass of wine.
