+ The location is ok. There are supermarket and may restaurants around the area. I can reach many tourist attractions by walk. The staff was so kind. She let me deposit the baggage after check-out and I came back to pick it up in the evening.- -

Bed was comfortable except for the fact that it was a double twin bed. Two people cannot honestly enjoy sleeping on a twin bed together as someone is always sleeping on a crack.
However, the room was clean, warm, the water was hot and it was quiet. Very decent price for this.

It's clean, room is big and comfortable, shower Water is hot, Cold drinking water available on every floor. Staff are very helpful and friendly and can speak English, which is a bonus for us.
Central location just off the main Street, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Breakfast is basic so if it not included in the room price there are plenty of better alternatives within 100 metres.

Arrived in Irkutsk on business, booked a room in the heart of Irkutsk, in the hotel "Victoria". The room is bright and cozy, the kitchen pleases the European dishes. The evenings and nights you can walk along the Central streets.
