Hostel is amazing with nice views and equipped with lots of facilities but toilet is not on the same floor as of the rooms

Friendly stuff (working hours 7:00-23:00), clean rooms, bbq place, view on the mountains, quite far from shops, cafes and ropeways.

Interior, hotel and rooms on a solid 4, clean everywhere. The buffet is monotonous and poor. The sauna is just awful. WiFi is bad, works steadily only in the lobby. There is no shuttle to the ski lifts.

We rented a room for two, and as a result, the three of us arrived, it was problematic to find free rooms on the January holidays, they let the three of us check in without any problems. Very polite and friendly staff ❤️, breathtaking views outside. Rooms are cool. Very poor soundproofing, we've heard every voice from adjacent room also people talking. Cleanness is poor, toiletres on demand. Breakfast is ok and little bit limited, cafe makes really tasty dishes. Everything is really ok unless you want to rest in a quite place.

Nice hotel, although most of the rooms are multi-bed like a hostel. But if you consider that mainly tourists (before the ascent) or skiers stay here, for whom separate accommodation and supercomfort is not important, then the level of service is good. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.
