It's a good hotel. The receptionist is very polite. There's an indoor pool and a movie theater. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. But there's a huge drawback. The restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, but after 8:00 PM there's only one cook and one waitress. There were 18 of us, and there was practically nothing left to order from the menu, and we had to wait two hours...

This is the coolest hotel in the Elbrus region. Everything is done with taste, thoroughly. I'm not sure if there is another hotel in the area that has two elevators for the convenience of guests. The hotel is located in a park area, surrounded by spruce, pine, lush greenery and birds.
