Everything is great, except for the noise from the road. We had room 203 on the 2nd floor, windows on the military unit and on the road. The mountain view is superb! The hotel lies at the very foot of the mountains. Clean, well-groomed, comfortable. We were lucky to find accommodation for our big campaign (2 adults and 3 children). Hi all, have been from 8 to 12 February, the conditions are good, everything is clean, cozy, comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the location from glade Azau 3 km, riding 5 minutes, no problem, there is a caveat in the standard rooms, not all channels are working, i.e. you have to take either a Suite/Junior Suite , and everything is satisfactory we liked all the advice.

Of the minuses: in the 15th year there were problems with hot water: it was not quite hot, and sometimes not at all hot. The rest - a big plus! In the corridors the carpets is mega cool! When occupied by the company on the same floor, from room to room you can walk barefoot. The café is top!!! Cheap and delicious! We as a young company students made a gift: freed from charge 10% tip, gave free bread...

Convenient location in the village of Terskol, of course is a big plus. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy.

I liked everything very much! We were in June 2018. We came to admire Elbrus and decided to stay overnight. We rented a room for two. The room has everything you need in order not to worry that you were not going to spend the night. Furniture, bed linen, etc. all in excellent condition. There is a cafe in the hotel. Prices are very affordable for both accommodation and meals.
