The facade is beautiful, but the inside can already be updated. And not only the rooms (furniture, decoration), but gazebos, decorative reeds on the roofs, etc. So far, the impression of some abandonment, especially in the part that is behind the bridge. The pool is under renovation.
The room had an unpleasant smell, while staying in it had to keep the window open. Toilet paper is the cheapest, but in large quantities, towels and a hygienic kit did not cause any comments. Bed linen is clean, no stains. Dust and cobwebs were out of sight.
The remote was only from the TV, the tuner was tuned to MuzTV with very poor quality sound. Perhaps a call to the phone number on the A4 sheet of paper that was on the bedside table would have solved the problem of changing the channel, but I did not try.
Dishes from the grill are very good (I tried 5 types), I also liked the pancakes, but the scrambled eggs are a bit dry for my taste.
I did not use Wi-Fi, but others complained about its very poor performance.
I have not been to other hotels in the city, but I will not recommend this one - my impressions are mixed.

The rooms are so-so, the plum practically does not work, the purity is not very well watched, glasses with traces of labial pods come in, the rooms are not cleaned very well, but there is a huge plus: they cook deliciously here! Cook is the best! And the place is quite quiet, but here it is necessary to go either by bus or by car, it is far and deaf to the city.
