The second time we rested at the hotel, the first time everything is fine. This time there was a very dirty room, smudges in the bathroom on the walls. Dusty. Incomprehensible pieces flew from the air conditioner, it's a shame. Breakfast for 300 rubles, they took rice porridge (just rice in milk diluted with water), and pancakes, you can eat, but to be honest, save on porridge, the cost of which is a penny, well, such a thing ... Girls at the reception desk and at the bar cannot answer clearly to the question, wanted to order breakfast in the room, but I received the answer "why don't you go down yourself?" ... I put 5 *, in the hope that the management will take care of personnel control and improve the service. The hotel is really nice, good luck

Left here from the Baltic. In contrast, here dinner and breakfast are better. The Baltika Hotel seems to be made from products that were bought 15 minutes ago in the store across the street. Rooms are more spacious. Upon arrival, one time! provide complimentary tea bags, coffee and water. Bed linen and towels are not changed every day. The towels are washed and old. Few sockets, everything will be occupied by a conductor, refrigerator, TV, kettle. There is no stand in the shower room where you could put soap, shampoo, gel after them you have to run out of the booth. Slippers are not provided, dental kit - only for a fee. Not justifiably expensive.

If the hotel was rated 2 stars, then I would not expect a good renovation, service and location .... And here as many as 4 stars ... Location darkness cockroach: 2.6 km to the beach, 3.5 to the museum, to the restaurant (good here very few) 3 km. There is no view from the windows ... i.e. the private sector, small dilapidated houses and a school. No territory, no greenery, no benches ... There has been no repair since the day of construction, probably this is the 90s, the service is absolutely mediocre ... And let this Wave exist, you can sleep, clean, water, refrigerator, towels ... ., but why draw undeserved stars, because you expect a completely different level of population ...

Nice, comfortable hotel, everything is there: shampoos, gels, water, coffee, tea, kettle, which is very convenient to eat in the room. The bedding is clean, snow-white, like the towels, we had a very good time there, thanks)
