The hotel is located in the city center, connected to a shopping mall, with a great location and convenient transportation. Restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms appear to have been upgraded and have a modern look. The only downside is the slightly poor internet connection.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus – central and easily accessible. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. For €73 per night, I expected considerably more. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service was disappointing: No one spoke English, and even simple requests like booking a return trip weren't helped. The hotel is average. The room is small. The air conditioner is by the window, taking up a lot of space. It's hard to get to the window, and the curtains can't be closed tightly. Housekeeping is terrible. The bed linens are cheap. The only plus is the location and the view from the window, if you have a south-facing room.

This is a gorgeous hotel. I highly recommend it because you're unlikely to find such great jacuzzis and pools in Svetlogorsk, especially right next to the promenade.
