The hotel is very good, the staff is attentive, there are two restaurants with excellent cuisine, the location is good, all the sights are close. The only thing is that they require a QR code everywhere and upon check-in, unfortunately, we were not warned about this in all the shopping centers. Otherwise, everything was very pleasant. Thank you for your stay.

The most hospitable hotel in Kaliningrad. Responsive and competent staff, with whom it is pleasant to deal! Service at the highest level. It is a pleasure to hold corporate events there. A well-coordinated mechanism is people first and foremost, and with them there, believe me, everything is great. My recommendations!

We came to the wonderful city of Kaliningrad and decided to stay at the Mercure and did not regret it. We liked everything, from the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out. Everything is clear, without unnecessary movements. The room is cozy, everything you need is there, very warm (even hot). When booking, I wrote my wishes, which were all fulfilled upon check-in, for which special thanks! The view of the lake is amazing, at any time of the year. At breakfast, a very varied buffet, everything is delicious and in large quantities and it does not matter whether you came at the beginning of breakfast or already at closing. I think the location of the hotel is very decent, everything is within walking distance. I can recommend this hotel and I will definitely return to it myself.

That rare case when I liked literally everything! The location is excellent, beautiful, quiet, the room is comfortable and relatively spacious, the view is stunning. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cleaning was done every day. The sauna and hammam are really hot, there is a massage chair on the floor. The coffee is delicious. On the first floor is Torro Grill, we went there for lunch and just to have dinner, very tasty!

- Disappointing right out of the gate. We rented 2 rooms for a week, chose this hotel because we wanted average European quality and service. Right away it became clear that this place was not it when at registration they could not advise me where to change the currency ($) or at least qprovide any guidance on this issue as my US cards won’t work. On the plus side, the location of the hotel, the speed of service and the workers who cleaned the rooms (+++). Of the minuses - water flowed noisily in the toilet most of the time, room service requests that were not addressed, excuses and the unwillingness of some staff to help with basic things and the fact that you can hear the neighbors. Overall I can't recommend it.31.03.2024

And.... And.... Very good! Straight, very. The hotel is much "more expensive" in terms of filling and furnishings of its counterparts in other cities. Therefore, if there is a general feeling from the grid, you need to understand that this one is about 1 level higher than its counterparts. Well, and the views from the windows, of course.

Excellent hotel! Location, cleanliness and food! Separately, I wanted to thank the waiter in the lobby bar, Vladislav! In addition to delicious cooking, excellent fish dishes, apple dessert, but the main thing is the service. Very professional, correct, you rarely see such a level of service, unfortunately, even in very expensive establishments!
