Excellent banquet service. The banquet menu is varied and uniquely presented. The food is delicious. The waiters are polite and attentive. The bar is clean and cozy, with delicious coffee and a pleasant bartender.

This is a chain hotel with branches in many European cities. This hotel meets their standards, so you won't be disappointed. Overall, everything is as it should be in a good hotel. All the pros are standard. The downside is that it's located in a courtyard. The location is odd. The walk here is muddy and not very pleasant. But it's a 2-3-minute walk from the main street and close to the Cosmonautics Museum.

Very good! Clean, cozy rooms, excellent breakfast. They cleaned the room for free. The dumplings in the restaurant are delicious. I definitely recommend them. Oh, and I forgot! The prices for accommodation and food are very reasonable.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the staff is competent and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and everything is delicious. There's a business lunch for lunch. You can also order food from the à la carte restaurant.

A very nice hotel!!! Everywhere is clean. The staff is friendly. We arrived as part of a tour group, but they gave us our room keys very quickly. Five minutes and I was in my room!) My room was very cozy. Everything was clean!) There are bottled water in the room. You can drink tea and coffee - there is a kettle, tea bags, and coffee. We arrived late, so we skipped lunch, but they fed us dinner. Salad, hot dishes, tea for every taste, cookies, pancakes (we were there during Maslenitsa). The breakfast is a buffet - everything is fresh and delicious! It's a pity we only spent the night here!) I recommend!!!

+ It’s a gorgeous hotel with a clean room and a pleasant bathroom
- The place of the hotel is not the best, because it’s in the yard of an another hotel, but for us it was okay as extra bonus for noiseless street

Convenient location within walking distance from the center of Kaluga. The hotel keeps the brand of "Best Western" in everything. Good buffet. There is enough parking space next to the hotel. Took a two-room suite. Liked everything!

Liked the number. 2-seater. Cleanliness is perfect for 5+. All furniture is new. The air conditioner is correct. Stayed for the first time at the hotel. I recommend. If I come to Kaluga, I will stop again

Good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Comfortable, bright room. The view from the window to the neighboring hotel (this is the only drawback). Comfortable beds (there are extra pillows in the closet). The room is equipped with air conditioning. Also in the room there is a mini bar with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a tea set, a TV set and a hair dryer in the bathroom. An iron and ironing board is available upon request. Breakfast is varied: at least 2 hot dishes, 2 types of cereals, side dishes, ready-made breakfasts, pastries, sliced cheeses and sausages, vegetables and fruits, coffee, tea and juices.
