Stayed here in Aug/Sep 2023 with a tour group, although I had my own room. The location is near the centre of town with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a big grocery store. The hotel is typical of what one should expect in a far corner of Russia…and very similar to lodgings in Central Asia (ex Soviet states). There were 2 types of rooms….the older ones are well worn out...

Great hotel. This is not the first time I have stayed here. The staff is friendly, very helpful, prices are reasonable, airport transfers are available, etc. Rooms are clean, comfortable, wi-fi (although this year it works worse than last). In general, I recommend it.

The hotel has a good location in the city. We stayed in a comfortable, clean room with a large bathroom. The hotel has a cafe (though not very cozy) and an excellent sauna. The staff is polite but not very attentive. And in general, we were satisfied. We'll come again!

I really liked the sauna.... Everything is available and not too expensive... In particular, the steam room is a fire, a barrel of cold water is already leading to itself.
