酒店是蘇聯時期建築，大廳寬敞但是房間太小了，服務態度很好，出門也很方便

Very friendly staff and helpful. Though I wasn't staying at the hotel, they let me store my luggage there for a few hours.

New, clean, rooms are small, but cozy, clean, plumbing works, the rooms have everything you need. There is no only air conditioning. A stunning view from most of the rooms to the bay and Vilyuchinsky volcano

It was only funny that in our room on a double bed there are two single mattresses😃 otherwise ok

The hotel is good, everything is done nicely, it's comfortable and it's new. On the 1st floor there is a very comfortable seating area and you can drink tea or coffee in the cafe at any time (for free !!!)

The hotel is at the entrance to the city, a stone's throw from the large Shams shopping center with shops, cafes, and a bar. The hotel consists of 2 buildings

Very good new hotel on the shore of the bay. Very comfortable beds and perfect linens. Most importantly, blackout curtains. Everything you need is provided upon request

The hotel has its own private courtyard with parking. Bus stop and grocery store nearby. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the center

The only thing that is not yet in the hotel is a cafe, but the renovation is in full swing

When I wrote to the guys from Granin with a request to book two rooms with a view of the bay for our company, I didn’t even suspect that it was in this cozy wooden house that my heart would forever settle

The hotel is located just a couple of meters from the shoreline of the Avacha Bay and offers beautiful views over the bay and the surrounding mountains

The rooms are nice and clean and come with everything you would expect from a modern hotel. There is a cozy area with nice windows where you can hang around, enjoy a cup of tea and the nice views

A wonderful view of the Avacha Bay, polite and accurate service - careful cleaning in the room. For those who came to Kamchatka to travel during the day and rest at night is an excellent choice.
