- one of the service people was very rude. no hotel in town offers laundry. many don't accept foreigners. they have a laundry but they charge a lot of money per pice of clothe. the manager was very rude and didn't want to offer a solution. another manager was much more cooperative. even though they charge me a lot 1000 rubles for cleaning and drying. yet I was ablt to get clothes cleaned in that miserable town.

In the business center there is a hotel, cafe, billiard room. Good quality billiard tables. In the cafe you can order a business lunch or à la carte. The food is delicious. The staff are very friendly.

I made a reservation for Booking, indicated 2 adults and 1 child, and upon arriving at the hotel, I find out that the reservation is made for 1 guest, in the end, pay for towels, for breakfast and for everything that concerns the rest of my family members. The hotel says that booking is to blame for everything, but I want to note that I have been using booking for several years now and there have been no such problems. I would also like to note the cafe staff, very pleasant service.

Stayed at this hotel on New Year's holidays, from the minuses of the hotel: very good audibility, you can hear even in the next room they whisper, it was cool in the room, there were no additional heaters in the room, it was cold in the bathroom to wait 5-10 to get hot water minutes. From the pros: the location of the hotel, near the promenade. Breakfast is included in the price, the cost of breakfast is 300 rubles, and you will be offered a choice of what you want from the menu (for example, pancakes 60 rubles, tea 20 rubles, etc. until you get 300 rubles, if exceeded, you need to pay extra)
