It feels like a better hotel in the area. It claims to be 5 stars, but it doesn't have a lounge. The service facilities in the room are sufficient. It seems very lively every night

I travel a fair amount internationally and stayed in many different hotels, and in terms of room quality and service this hotel stacks up very well with what you'd expect from a very good 4* hotel in Europe or North America
This is arguably the best place to stay in Kirov. The hotel is super clean, cozy, and quiet. The rooms are great - well-equipped, and everything is basically brand new
It's also a small hotel -- the restaurant closes early, so there are no parties / events etc. , which makes this a good place to stay for families with children
The prices were very pleasing, while everything is very tasty and home-like. Quietness in the room, sterile cleanliness in the bathroom. Very polite girls at the reception. They will always help with any question
There is an ironing room on each floor. Every morning the maids will replenish tea and sugar supplies. I liked absolutely everything! I hope that I will come to the Old Courtyard more than once !!!
Each room has a quiet, modern air conditioner and black-out curtains, which really helps given that in the summer sunrise can be as early as 3:30 am in Kirov, and the weather can get hot

We rented a hotel on booking for 12,000 for 10 nights, quite budget for a double room. On the negative side, there is poor sound insulation, snoring of neighbors, screams in the corridor
Plus the polite staff, but if it were a non-smoker, the prices would not be there. Convenient location of the hotel, near the Sea Park
The most negative point is the persistent smell of smoking inside. We smoked in the vestibule, and apparently somewhere in the rooms
