This is arguably the best place to stay in Kirov. The hotel is super clean, cozy, and quiet. The rooms are great - well-equipped, and everything is basically brand new. Each room has a quiet, modern air conditioner and black-out curtains, which really helps given that in the summer sunrise can be as early as 3:30 am in Kirov, and the weather can get hot.

One part of the hotel backs into quiet courtyard, and another - onto a one-way street which is also quiet, so you won't be disturbed by city noise during the night. It's also a small hotel -- the restaurant closes early, so there are no parties / events etc., which makes this a good place to stay for families with children.

The staff is also great - super friendly, very attentive, and helpful. We came by car. The check-in counter staff saw that, opened the parking area gate and prepared parking instructions before we even came to the counter to check in and told them we needed parking.

The hotel has a good restaurant with a nice back terrace which is great for breakfast in the summer.

I travel a fair amount internationally and stayed in many different hotels, and in terms of room quality and service this hotel stacks up very well with what you'd expect from a very good 4* hotel in Europe or North America.

This summer I stay for the second time in the Old Courtyard on Orlovskaya. Design fantastically thought out to the smallest detail. A varied breakfast buffet (four types of juices). This is something that hotels and higher class cannot sometimes boast of. If you wish, you can eat on the terrace. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the same restaurant. The prices were very pleasing, while everything is very tasty and home-like. Quietness in the room, sterile cleanliness in the bathroom. Very polite girls at the reception. They will always help with any question. There is an ironing room on each floor. The room has a kettle. Every morning the maids will replenish tea and sugar supplies. I liked absolutely everything! I hope that I will come to the Old Courtyard more than once !!!

In this hotel you continuously enjoy, everything is comfortable, everything is done with love, the little things are thought out and nothing annoys. The designer is a professional and smart. The old mansion is very modern, there is rarely an elevator in a three-storey hotel. Cozy halls are allocated on the floors; the library has a good selection of books. The bathroom has everything that is usually found in good hotels, and a little more. Location is of great importance and the main attractions are within easy walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast is unexpectedly varied, in addition to the buffet, they will prepare scrambled eggs or porridge. Even the selection of souvenirs tastes good. The only thing that we managed to come up with for greater comfort, and what is missing, is separate switching off of the sconces on different sides of the bed. I wish the hotel
prosperity and good guests.

The best hotel in Kirov! They are always warmly welcomed! Any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes! Breakfasts and business lunches - lick your fingers! Rooms are new, clean, thought out to the smallest detail. Excellent plumbing, always shines!
