On January 2 and 3 we stayed in a suite. We booked a room for the first. That's probably why the price was exorbitant. The room was nice, the bathroom was good, and it was clean. There were all the toiletries. The shampoo was good, the hair conditioner - take your own (it doesn't work on blondes), the soap was great, the body lotion - it softens well, but the smell was yuck (my daughter liked it). Toothbrushes/pastes/razors with shaving cream. Towels sometimes had stains. The bed linen was beyond praise. The staff was well-coordinated, they supervised the cleaning of the room themselves (if you didn't ask, they would check if it needed cleaning). The service in the room was good. The room was warm, the windows overlooked the street, but it was quiet even with the window slightly open. I don't know what the simple rooms were like (if there were any), but overall I recommend it.

Probably the best hotel in Kostroma. The rooms are fresh, cozy, checked in with a dog, a bowl and a diaper were prepared for it, which was very pleasing. The hotel has a gym and a sauna, which you can visit. And the best impression was left by the Groza restaurant. The dishes are very tasty with an original presentation, alcoholic cocktails are super.

Gorgeous!!! The hotel interior, service, staff are all top notch!!! And the restaurant "Groza" is simply beyond praise. You can't eat so deliciously even in Moscow every time! If you are a gourmet and an aesthete, then you definitely need to visit this restaurant!

You can come with your family; for children there is a children's play complex and a children's menu in the restaurant. There are also a lot of services for parents. I really liked the location - convenient, city center.

I thank the administrators with all my heart for checking us into a room with a beautiful view of the city! The rest of the staff - for the fast and relaxed service! Restaurant chefs - for wonderful breakfasts and a wonderful romantic dinner! Without you, the trip to Kostroma would not have been so eventful and enjoyable.

The hotel is wonderful, we liked it. Everything you need is nearby, all the sights and interesting things. The breakfasts are delicious, the cook is a great guy. The rooms are clean. We recommend.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel is excellent 👍, I haven’t eaten delicious pancakes in hotels for a long time. In winter, it may be cool for someone in the room (20-22 degrees), but this is also solved

Great hotel, kind staff. We had unforeseen circumstances, there were no empty seats anywhere, but here we were lucky. Everything is very clean and nice

Shampoo is good, hair balm - take your own (blond does not take), soap - super, body lotion - softens well, but the smell of fu (my daughter liked it). Toothbrushes / pastes / razors with shaving aid. Towels are stained. Bed linen is beyond praise. The work of the staff is well-coordinated, they themselves control the cleaning of the room (if you have not asked, they themselves will clarify whether it is necessary to clean it). Room service is good. The room was warm, the windows overlooked the street, but it was quiet even with the window ajar. I do not know what is there in the simple rooms (if any), in general I recommend.

Probably the best hotel in Kostroma! Located in the city center, within walking distance of all attractions, bars, restaurants, shopping malls. Rooms are spacious, well decorated, great service. The room has bathrobes, towels, slippers, all of the highest quality, very soft! The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, mini bar with very affordable prices! I recommend!!!
