The whole impression was spoiled by problems with electricity: low voltage. Starting from 4 pm, the light began to blink, cold water disappeared (which is very unpleasant: to stay in a dark shower, only with hot water for a few minutes). At 22 it became more interesting: the air conditioner worked for a couple of minutes, turned off, then turned on again. The phone was also blinking when it was charging.
There may be problems with city power grids, but when we move in, we certainly don't want to know about the suffering of local residents.
We checked into this guest house to walk to the Olympic Park and Sochi Park .. but lost it. Roofing felts because of the construction site, roofing felts because of our carelessness, but walk far on foot. Very.
The house itself is wonderful and cozy. We got a room on the ground floor, with a kitchen next door. We read mostly negative reviews about this particular room. But no one interfered with us, they did not make noise.
The street is very beautiful. The guest house has a laundry, it is possible to wash. But take your powder and be prepared to take out someone else's laundry who doesn't keep track of their wash times.
The kitchen has everything you need. The room has a refrigerator.

Very good hotel like no other in Sochi

Lovely guest house with great staff. Separate kitchen (with everything you need), laundry, summer veranda, sun loungers and armchairs on the roof (views of the Formula 1 and Olympic track. Prices are reasonable, suites, junior suites, standard .. I liked it very much.
