Good evening. This is not the first time my wife and I have visited this hotel, and we really liked it here. Also, we really like that there is a lot of entertainment for children, and places for children's leisure. So thank you to all the staff and management of the hotel.

The place is clean and nicely located. Single reception for zillion of buildings is very inconvenient!

Now February-March here is quiet and peaceful. There is no kettle in the room. Good shop on site. At this time the restaurant is closed. Summer to sea dalekovato, I think.

Convenient infrastructure, sauna, pool, gym, bathroom. Clean and tidy. Wifi is so-so. AC charged, blows fresh Alpine air.

A very good family hotel. Excellent, varied food. Lots of activities for children. A well-equipped beach. Large, well-maintained grounds. The pools are a lifesaver when swimming in the sea is impossible due to the waves. The room is equipped with everything you need, and it is cleaned daily. Guys, this is an amazing hotel! You can relax here in any season. There are heated pools and saunas, a free shuttle to Rosa Khutor during ski season, and so on. The hotel is spacious and has many buildings, but the main one is truly something else. You can spend hours in the lobby with a cup of coffee from the bar there. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. Stylized rooms, nice interior. Satisfied service, admin done). From pluses : clean towels was missing. Of the minuses: the robes were not found, the bed got squeaky. I put 4 for a good impression. But to a 4 star hotel of course does not hold.

We liked that everything was thought of and provided. Pool towels, bathrobes, toothbrush and toothpaste, the bed was comfy, there was a small balcony and a place to hang your swimwear, etc. It is quite close to the Chaika beach. Lots of good restaurants around. Kind employees too.
