Arriva Mini-Hotel in Adler

Spacious, clean room, large TV, there is a glazed balcony with a table and chairs (view of the housing stock with mountains), at the end of the corridor there is an open balcony overlooking the sea with chairs (you can sit, drink coffee, smoke, sunbathe, in general, who cares ). The bathroom combined with the toilet is clean (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower cap, shaving kit, towels, bathrobe, foot mat are provided for each guest). Responsive, kind staff. The room is cleaned every day. Cooler in the hallway. Shop on the 1st floor, open until 22-00.

Geographically perfect location. From the balcony you can see all the majesty of the sea. The rooms are clean if you don't look deep. Comfortable, soft mattresses. They work all year round which is great. We always stop here. But payment for accommodation is not returned even in connection with an accident. I broke my leg, I had to shorten my vacation ... the money was not returned.

Good prices, convenient location 5 m from the sea, 2x from the beach, no need to cross the road and railway tracks. Excellent rooms with sea and city views. With a view of the city, the rooms are more spacious and cooler. Daily housekeeping, garbage removal. 1 time in 3 days change of bed linen. Cooler with hot, cold water on each floor. Changes as it empties, immediately. Towels for the beach are given at the reception, that is, you do not need to take them from home. In each room, towels after a shower - for the body, for the legs are changed every day. There are terry white bathrobes for after a shower. Each room has a hair dryer, a clothes dryer, a kettle, a minimum set of dishes. We took disposable tableware, very convenient. Shower and toilet combined in each room. There is always water. Hot water is constant, only from 12 to 14 hours it is usually not available - at this time it is heated in the boiler, due to the fact that people come from the beach and intensively wash themselves using all the hot water. On the floor there is a dining room, which is ventilated from 2 sides. We have been resting for several years, we like everything. In general, there are a lot of pluses, there are a lot of mosquitoes from the minuses, but, 3 fumigators with liquid per day killed all mosquitoes! My family and I love this hotel! Have a good holiday everyone!

Excellent! Excellent service, great location, friendly staff. Cozy, 15 meters from the sea. It's great to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the sound of the sea. However, in the evening it can be noisy because of the vacationers who are located below on the embankment. The decor and decoration of the room, everything is like in big hotels. The room has 3 towels, slippers, bathrobe, shaving set, toothbrush, shower gel, cap, shampoo, hairbrush. Air conditioning, large LCD TV, safe, kettle, refrigerator, dishes. All amenities in the room. Gorgeous shower. And once again, a few steps to the sea! Those. you can change clothes right in the room, and again, you have a private shower! I recommend!

Good, clean mini-hotel, friendly staff, adequate prices for accommodation. We lived in room 201, the sea is not only visible, but also heard from the balcony, because the distance to it is 20 meters)
The only thing I didn't like was the noise. Noise isolation in the room is so-so.
