+ We liked that everything was thought of and provided. Pool towels, bathrobes, toothbrush and toothpaste, the bed was comfy, there was a small balcony and a place to hang your swimwear, etc. It is quite close to the Chaika beach. Lots of good restaurants around. Kind employees too.
- The style is a bit out of date for us and when looking at the photos it was not my first choice practically for this reason but glad that ended up staying there. Hence it doesnt say anywhere, the Hammam requires extra payment and ordering at least an hour before. The pool had no regulation so some kids were jumping on us and hitting us whenever we tried to swim.

The hotel is not bad, we lived in a standard room on the first floor, a nice room, a view from one of the guest houses 2 meters away, but we only slept in the room and went in to change clothes, the beds are comfortable, the snow-white bed, in the room there are bathrobes, slippers, a towel for the beach, hair dryer, liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel are not greedy, they also give toothbrushes and mini toothpaste, in general, everything is available. True, the pillows are harsh and the shower is not comfortable and flowed with us. Each floor has a water cooler and an ironing board with iron. On the roof there is not a large but heated pool, which saves a lot in cloudy weather, we were from May 27 when the water in the sea was still warm, sun loungers, tables with chairs, minus no umbrellas, you can burn out in the sun.

I chose the hotel on the booking. My wife and I planned to celebrate a pearl wedding here on April 19, 2021. I'll start with the Comfort room. The size of the bedroom is average. The size of the hallway (hall) is large enough (I don’t even know why it’s so big, but it’s obvious that they did it during construction). Windows to the neighboring courtyard are quiet enough. The bathroom is small. The room is clean, there are bathrobes, slippers, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. Take your tea and coffee bags. Also, do not forget the extension cord, well, very little (one socket is free). The broken ceiling lamp and the shelf under the mirror in the bathroom are uncritical. Rooms are cleaned regularly. The shower stall is in good working order. There is a cooler on each floor of the hotel, on the fourth floor (rooftop) a heated pool and an entrance to the hammam. The corridors are clean. There is a lift for lazy tourists and people with reduced mobility. With full board, the hamam is free (if I'm wrong, the administration - correct it). Half board or breakfast - hammam 700 rubles per hour. The cafe-restaurant did its job just fine. Breakfasts, especially cereals and dinners, are quite varied and very tasty. Special thanks to the chefs. Many more thanks to Ilya for his care for us, who are having a rest in the hall. Every other day we were on long excursions and we ordered dinners to the room. If you are leaving early, do not forget to warn Ilya and after 20 o'clock you will pick up the lunch boxes for breakfast collected for tomorrow at the reception. I really liked the equipped recreation area in front of the hotel (a fantan, tables, armchairs and a couple of trees with dense vegetation shelter from the scorching sun). Now about parking she has cars for four. This site is not fenced, but under the control of video cameras. And this is a big plus. One day the road workers were replacing the asphalt pavement and after work they did not remove the sign in the hotel parking area. The installation of the sign was not agreed with the hotel manager and the main sign on the tripods was not securely fixed by them. The night gust of wind easily lifted him into the air and threw him onto the parked car. The sign crumpled the roof rack, broke the visor and made scratches on the roof. Only thanks to the recordings from the video cameras, thanks to the hotel management for their presentation, I quickly managed to find the perpetrators and recover the damage from the organization. All this hassle took a day. And therefore, if you park your car here, do not be lazy to go out in the evening to see the situation. It's just that the next day I removed the electric scooter, already left by someone, from the car !!!! And tourists do not like the wind here. Opposite there is paid parking in the yard, the territory is not equipped, but the gates are closed at night, the cost of 350 rubles per day does not apply to the hotel. If a car is not needed for a period of rest near the market in 700-800 meters there is an equipped parking lot with security, a large one - 300 rubles. per day. And behind the market 250 rubles. day. I recommend the hotel for the price and quality.

The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. Stylized rooms, nice interior. Satisfied service, admin done). From pluses : clean towels was missing. Of the minuses: the robes were not found, the bed got squeaky. I put 4 for a good impression. But to a 4 star hotel of course does not hold.
