Small, charming hotel for a budget holiday by the sea is conveniently located a short walk from the beach. During the XXII Olympic winter Games the hotel was leased by the Olympic Committee of the United States.

Nice little hotel. Were in July 2021 for the 3rd time. Somehow sincere in it, friendly staff. Excellent hostess. Homemade breakfasts, although not very diverse, but everything is delicious. The rooms are clean, every one is cleaned well. The sea is very close. Lots of cafes and eateries around. In general, we like it there, we will come again.

The location is excellent, went out 20 meters and on the beach. The hotel is not big, no frills, but clean and comfortable, the hostess is friendly, but my uncle at the meeting scolded me that raindrops fell from the umbrella to the floor! To put it mildly, I was surprised by such a greeting from the hotel staff, it was raining all day outside and in order to enter the hotel we had to dry ourselves! As it turned out later, it was the husband of the hostess, for whom she apologized.
We chose a view room, a view of the embankment and the sea. They have their own wine and chacha, we liked it. Because check out was early, it was possible to arrange for dinner instead of breakfast. Thanks to the hostess! But at dinner we were not greeted joyfully and fed not willingly

2 star hotel, but! I am one of those travelers who do not make a cult out of the comfort of hotel rooms. Other criteria are important: the center of entertainment and attractions, walking distance to the sea and the hospitality of hospitable hosts in a clean, comfortable hotel with delicious hot breakfasts. I found all this at the Anna Maria Hotel. I'm glad I found out about this place, I recommend it to everyone!

Great location. To the sea 50 meters and adjacent to the Olympic Park. Good transport accessibility, from the Olympic Park you can go in Sochi or in Krasnaya Polyana on the speed of the swallow or the bus. Gorgeous waterfront, go for a run to the border with Abkhazia — a pleasure.
