Hotel Grace Kiparis in Adler

I want to share our impression of living here!
To begin with, we booked a room from March 24 to April 2, but the day before our child fell ill and unfortunately the trip had to be postponed. We contacted the hotel to change the dates, but alas and ah, they did not go to the meeting and took a fine for the first night. As a result, we had to book again for other dates (from 29.03) Now we are here for 4 days and wanted to follow the fresh trail, so to speak, to tell how and what.
I'll start with +
1) Convenient location. To the sea 5 minutes slowly, there is a pharmacy nearby, shops, a bunch of cafes on the embankment
2) We have booked a Studio room. The room is large, there is a sofa, refrigerator, sea view.
3) Nice breakfast. 2 types of cereals, cereals, vegetables, sausages, pancakes with boiled condensed milk are a separate delight, scrambled eggs, sausages, well, nothing unusual, but everything is delicious. I don’t know how to evaluate breakfast)) We were many places - for me it is standard, everything that a child needs and is to eat)
4) There is a heated pool, everyone swims, but it's not too far from our room to get to it
5) Very clean. Special thanks to the cleaning ladies! The floor is washed every day, the towels have been changed 2 times already, there is no dust anywhere, in general, smart girls.
Now -
1) The playground is closed for repairs, there are no rabbits, no squirrels. When choosing a hotel, it was important to us, because we were traveling with a child and no one warned us about it
2) Audibility. Everything that happens in the corridor is terribly audible, from 6:30 in the morning I am half asleep, and the child also does not sleep after this time
3) It is very cold in the bathroom, the water in the mornings and evenings is barely warm and the pressure leaves nothing to be desired
4) Again, the pool. It seems to be there, but from our room in the cold after it I don't want to go. For those who have a room right by the pool is better)
