All in all, a good intimate hotel. Clean small area, heated pool. Nice cozy rooms, everything is modern and comfortable. The breakfasts are monotonous, there is no particular choice in food. What was ordered for lunch or dinner was delicious. Special thanks to the chef for the casserole for breakfast, it was just magical. There was also a moment with the planes, it seemed that every five minutes you were five meters from the runway, the room was in the quiet side, and when the windows were closed and you were sound asleep it was normal. We took a taxi to a good beach, those that were not very close to the hotel, and the sea, due to the location of the Mzymta river, was colder, this is about beaches within walking distance.
The staff are friendly and very tactful, especially one girl, sorry I didn't remember her name.

Flying planes are only a plus, I want to constantly watch them, they do not interfere with sleep.
A standard double room is too small, the bathroom does not have enough shelves for things, there is nowhere to put accessories, and it is difficult to turn around in the room itself.
I was very pleased that the towels were changed every day and every day the shampoo and gel were reported. And of course free beach towels and umbrellas are a great idea!

We stayed in the room for less than a day, so it's difficult to fully assess. The hotel looks like the neighboring ones - there is a whole street of them, with the same number of storeys, a pool in the yard. Geographically, the location is like norms. The food is good, we liked the dinner. Inside there is a four-bed room of norms, but the shower is not very much, neglected.
Of the minuses, the main one is airplanes. They fly very often and so low that it feels like you can reach with a stick. The noise from them is notable. Well, a special thank you for settling a family with three children on the fourth floor (there is no elevator) :)

Booked a room in February, a room with a balcony. They promised to put tables and chairs on the balcony by our arrival (June), they fulfilled the promise. The towels were changed every day, the bed was changed after 3 days. The downside is the beach, which is not very close, you need to walk farther. Fortunately, there is a pool, there is always enough space for everyone and even remains. The food at the hotel is delicious, the chef is darling)) I pulled my foot on the scooter and asked to bring food to the room, they did not take money for delivery to the room, special thanks for humanity. The hotel is far from bad. Met at the airport, resettled. The staff is nice, the food is delicious. There are downsides: 1) the planes are very low and right above the hotel; 2) the children of the owners arrived (not well-mannered, noisy, they don't care that their parents 'hotel exists at the expense of vacationers' money, they swore, shouted, it felt like they were gods, and the rest "passed by," the mother of one of these girls, just pointed her finger "quieter" and left. Everyone is splashing - in short, tin). 3) tiled floor in the room, very cold.
Wonderful hotel... but there are downsides... minor. The Parking is great offline. The kitchen is super. Clean for four and a fridge sucks.
