What can you say about this place? We rested from 8 to 21 September 2020. 5th floor, room 57. The building as a whole is not bad - five floors, its own territory with a swimming pool, tables with umbrellas around the pool, a styanka, 3 benches on the territory, its own garden - palm trees, flowering trees, cacti and so on. The hotel is located on the first line, therefore 50-100m from the sea. The beach is pebbly with streaks of sand. The area is quiet, calm, music plays until 11:00. Dormitory area.
SWIMMING POOL. Located in the shady side of the hotel, there is little sun and the pool water is cold. It is impossible to sit on the benches in the evening, because because of the lush vegetation on site, mosquitoes are eaten.
NUMBER. There are no mosquito nets in the room on the windows - there are no mosquito nets in the bathroom and in the room, so mosquitoes eat up in the rooms.
On the balcony, the dryer fell out of the wall on the second day, there are no clothespins in principle, and without them all things fly in different directions. On the balcony there is a lonely plastic chair, it was promised - two chairs and a table. Therefore, it was not possible to drink wine with a beautiful view of the sea and the city.
There is a carpet on the floor in the room, all stained, in some places sand, walking without slippers is scary. There is also a refrigerator, a wardrobe in the room, in which there are three scary hangers bitten by someone, on which outerwear or even dresses cannot be hung - they will bend. Two beds and an armchair bed as an extra bed. But you wouldn't really want to sleep on it, it's old, dirty, all stained and doesn't smell very good. The beds have two bedside tables, a table with a mirror and a chair. On the table is a teapot, two glass mugs and a large dish - one. How to drink tea is not clear. Two mugs, plates and spoons are not allowed for them. One hefty dish, and a room for three.
KITCHEN. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners can be ordered. The menu is customized. We tried to go for breakfast twice, after asking the menu for the next day in the evening, they never served what was stated. This was disappointing because many follow a diet and eat porridge in the morning with milk and a large amount of sugar, eating a piece of pizza, instead of the promised scrambled eggs and sausage, they don't really want to.
SERVICE. Registration of documents upon arrival is very efficient. If the number of people in the room is more than 2, one room key is issued. Inconvenient.
CLEANING. Quiet horror. Change of linen and towels is announced every 3-4 days. As a result, the linen was changed 1 time three days after arrival and that's it, towels twice, and then we ourselves had to go down from the fifth floor and drag them back to the room ourselves. The towels are already frayed, the threads are sticking out, the seams are loose in some places, they are badly washed - sometimes, wiping off after a shower, you could smell the smell of horse sweat from the towel and obviously not mine. Nightmare. 😱 When leaving the shower stall, instead of a rug to milk the bath, they put a purple face towel, they never changed it, but just shook off the sand. And in general, it is not known whether they change it at all or not.
It's the same story with bed covers. Therefore, if you want good service, you have to bother the administrator and even make trouble.
LIBRA. There are no scales at the reception - they are broken, which goal is not specified. So you won't be able to prepare in advance for departure. You will weigh your suitcases at the airport.
