I am in this sanatorium now with the whole family from 07/31/21 to 08/14/21. We live in a suite on the 7th floor of building 2. The view from the windows is simply amazing: the sea, four buildings of a beautiful residential complex, mountains ... In a word, there is something to catch the eye. At first I was a little embarrassed, however, by the height of the balcony railings: too low by modern standards, but thank God, so far no one has fallen out of the balcony, although caution will not hurt.
On the very first day of arrival, it turned out that the drain in the bathroom did not work. He clogged up thoroughly, so much so that the water barely left. I called the plumber on the phone. Just in case, I also duplicated the application through the employee at the reception desk. Such a modest uncle came, competently removed the siphon in the bathroom and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he left. Everything turned out quickly and almost naturally. The drain now works as it should: the water in the bathroom leaves without problems.
On the first day we went to the local beach. Here it is its own, only for vacationers. There are very few people. There are no fights over sunbeds, because there are enough of them for everyone here. The beach itself is quite clean, you can see that it is being watched. No loud music for you, which often spoils the impression of the beach, which personally makes me very happy. Calmly. The seabed has already been surveyed very well. I will say that at the bottom, where mothers with children usually swim, and most of the vacationers (opposite the exit from the underpass), there are no foreign large objects like concrete blocks. The bottom is smooth, smooth, sandy. The entry into the water itself, of course, is pebbly, but this is Sochi, gentlemen :-).
What I definitely love about this sanatorium is the delicious and varied food in the dining room. Everything is perfect here. There is enough space in the dining room for everyone to be accommodated by families, companies. The furniture in the dining room is solid, modern, it is a pleasure to use it.
The only thing that puzzled me so far is the cost of treatment and prophylactic services that you can count on. As the general practitioner explained to me, this cost is 500 RUB per day per person, which, in my opinion, is a very insignificant amount, considering the total cost of my ticket is 300K RUB. But facts are stubborn things, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Who is this sanatorium for? Now, exactly one week later, I would answer this question in the following way: for people who are tired of the bustle of the city (residents of large Russian cities) who need a change of scenery for a while. High-quality food, the friendliness of the medical and service personnel, the sea, the large territory of the sanatorium, where you can walk in the evening, embracing your spouse, and at the same time not pushing priests with other vacationers - these are, perhaps, the main advantages for which you can choose this sanatorium. Will I come here again? Maybe. In any case, I would not mind resting here again.

In general, a normal sanatorium. Strengths - a large clean beach, a nice large well-groomed green area.
Meals are buffet style, normal - you won't stay hungry. Breakfast is weak and monotonous, no fruit at all. Lunch is ok, good choice, good selection of vegetables, fruits, but not many choices. Dinner is simpler than dinner, fewer vegetables and no fruit.
Rooms are small, soundproofing is weak, partitions on the balcony with the neighbors are formal. The room was renovated, but the entrance hall and the small bathroom are greetings from the 80s.
As for the treatment, there is nothing special to say, it is, what is included in the price, in my opinion, is formal and it is worth taking just to kill time.
And the plus and minus of the outdoor pool is that it is almost immediately deep. Minus for those who swim poorly, plus, respectively, for those who swim well, since there are not many people there)))
There are many cats and cats on the territory, fun for children, and at the same time feel sorry for the animals, by the end of the day they are all tortured from too much attention. In general, a double-edged sword.
In general, there is no negative, some points can be really improved and it will be generally excellent.

I liked the sanatorium, such a large-scale, chic equipped park, playgrounds, different locations, an outdoor pool. The sea is within walking distance, at the end of the park area. Own beach, places with sun loungers and umbrellas, you can always find a place. The pebbles are large. The food is varied, buffet style. Animation for children, bike rental, scooter rentals, etc. A little about the sad .. Stuffiness on the floors, nothing is ventilated and does not open, there is no ventilation in the room in the toilet too. Fortunately, the room itself has an air conditioner. Such de stuffiness in medical rooms that are located in dormitory buildings. In the medical building, everything is civilized. The rooms seemed to be stuck in a time interval, something else from the Soviet Union, but something more modern, but clean. Let's add unpleasant little things in the form of torn hinges on the cabinet, a non-working lock in the toilet and a transparent glass door between the rooms ... I concluded for myself that the sanatorium and the sea are a strange combination. Here either get treatment, or relax and hang out. Treatment as such here is weak, more designed for climatotherapy, more or less serious procedures will cost a pretty penny, however, probably as in other sanatoriums. I would like to note that the service departments work well both at the reception of guests and at the further arrangement of the rest of visitors. In general, I recommend the sanatorium, if we omit all the nuances.
