My worst experiencie in Russia was in this place! Receptionists with very bad character, treating people badly; unhelpful customer service; it is a nightmare for tourists!!!!! They tried to steal my money but Booking saved me!!!!!

Perfectly located between Olympia park and Black Sea. Very helpful personnel. Good restaurants nearby (Fishbone, Parus), spacious apartments, very clean surroundings.

Good place for his price. Nothing changed after they open at 2014. Good rooms, careful staff, clean everything.

Good option for a short stay near the sea. If to consider for longer stays too expensive. Can't call it value for money. Disappointed toothbrush for extra cost. Very poor canteen in the building, better try out restaurants nearby.

terrible bathroom, overpriced transfer to the hotel, not really a lot of people on buses to the beach. Overpriced for the room.
