Everything else is bad or terrible. It all started with the reception, which simply does not exist, there is a compartment for the manager. Upon arrival, there were problems with the hotel manager Ivan. It turned out that our room was incorrectly reserved, when we indicated that this was a hotel problem Ivan offered to return our money and not check in! An interesting moment came to light on the last day, it turns out that we had a key to the gate that allowed us to go through the courtyard to the neighboring street, but Ivan apparently forgot to tell us about it. Standard room, good bed linen, two towels. When ordering a room, beach towels were promised, in fact they are not., After the request we were reluctantly given old towels. A hairdryer was promised in the room, but in fact I had to demand it. The room has a monstrous bathroom, mold on the walls and shower, the bathroom is very small, the shower curtain is skewed, so there is always a puddle on the floor. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The rooms are cleaned poorly, the garbage was taken away every day, and the floors are washed apparently as the cleaning lady wants. There are many mosquitoes in the room. There is a safe, but the electronic module is removed and locked with a key. There is a TV, there are no complaints. The WiFi promised in the rooms works through a stump-deck, every two or three minutes the Internet falls off, if you need to work, then using it is not an option. The general feeling of the hotel is that I'm not here anymore. Nearby there are many hotels much better for the price and especially for the quality and attitude of the staff.
