We loved it from the very first moment we arrived! They immediately helped us with our suitcases, then checked us in quickly. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to the girls in the children's room. They were very kind and you could tell they loved children. The food in the dining room was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything was delicious and varied. The desserts were excellent! If you're taking your child to the park, the hotel gives an additional bonus of tickets! We visited Bogatyr for the second time in 2021. Again, we were delighted with the service and the compliments our child received at the reception desk upon check-in. We arrived for Baba Yaga's birthday party, and everything was themed.

A magnificent, fairytale hotel! We were very pleased with the service; it truly is there. Check-in was quick, and the room had everything we needed. The room itself was spacious; the children loved the bunk beds with shutters. Breakfast and dinner were very good; we never had any issues with clean dishes or utensils. The staff cleared tables quickly and refreshed the menu. The food was delicious and varied. Being in the hotel and park grounds feels like a fairytale. It's overwhelming. The evening illuminations are amazing! We were absolutely delighted! Treat yourself and your children to a fairytale experience; stay at Bogatyr Castle; it's worth it.

A wonderful hotel. It looks great both outside and inside. The grounds, lobby, and rooms are clean and cozy. The room is excellent, with everything you need (kettle, tea, sugar, shower gels, shampoos, three types of towels, robes, TV, and minibar). The beds (and mattresses) are good—I didn't want to get up. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, with a wide selection and excellent quality. The fitness center is well-equipped. My only complaint: the TV takes a long time to load. There was also not enough drinking water for tea in the room.

Fabulous hotel! It turns out that in Sochi you can relax and feel like a white person. Two remarks: there is no furniture on the balconies, it is not clear why. And the lack of lunches - well, what is it worth introducing them for an additional fee? Everything else is great.

Investments in the Olympics, Formula 1 are working. The location is excellent, the beach is within walking distance, the Olympic Park, the airport, sports stadiums, everything is visible. Krasnaya Polyana is also just around the corner. Accommodation includes visiting attractions, which gives additional positive energy. Of the minuses, the numbers that go into the internal wipers need to be ennobled with greenery and all sorts of chips. You go out onto the balcony and there is nothing to be glad about, there are neighbors' balconies in front, concrete floors below, and you freeze. There are enough bars and restaurants, attractions, and programs will not let you get bored. You can walk to the beach in 7-10 minutes. There is a place to turn around, especially for children, rest is guaranteed.

Overall a wonderful holiday. Everything is wonderful! Thanks to the hotel and its employees! I would like a more organized reception (Huge queues at check-in) + more varied food for dinner and a nicely decorated restaurant hall. There are no other comments.

Good afternoon! Our 3 night stay with 3 kids at the hotel was just great and full of fun! People of the age of course can get tired of such a rhythm, the hotel is rather focused on the young and active. I would like to express special gratitude to the chefs, these are the best breakfasts! Better than overseas "all-inclusives". And what a delicious semolina porridge! And a big thank you to the young smiling girls who kept our room clean every day! Thanks for your hard work! We'll be back! Of the small minuses: the road to the sea is hot, there is no shade, and I would like better equipment for the room (a couple of plates, a small knife, a basin or a sink stopper ..)

A fairytale castle on the seashore. A truly beautiful building, stunning both day and night. Every detail, from the exterior to the interior, is meticulously designed and truly worthy of praise. The rooms are well-appointed and clean. The hotel offers several restaurants, a bar, a spa, a swimming pool, and children's play areas. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Tickets to Sochi Park, located 100 meters from the hotel, are included in the room rate.

Nice hotel, everything is clean and comfortable. The food is high quality, but somewhat monotonous, it's a shame that even a trifle, Apple style defiantly not allowed to take with you. Elevators there are queues, especially when a lot of newcomers with young children. A big plus: convenient location - close to major entertainment: Sochi-Park (there is a 50% discount for hotel guests) and the Olympic Park. In the evenings, go for a walk. To the sea - 7 minute leisurely walk, do not bother. On the beach there is a designated area for visitors of the hotel (at a comfortable spacious canopy), free sunbeds. People near the sea a lot, but not interfere with each other. Under the canopy - all the beauty, there is hardly anybody who likes to relax in the shade, no direct sun.

The hotel is perfectly located on the central strip of Sochi Olympic park, a few minutes walk from everywhere - The seaside and the beach, sport facilities and stadiums, the olimpic torch and fountain, restaurants, cafes and more.
The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. We had a dripping of water from the balcony ceiling, but the crew couldn't handle until checkout..
The hotel facilities are good - the outdoor pool is great for children. There is an ATM in the lobby, a gym, spa and indoor pool (we did not visit).
The dining room is clean, the food is varied, but some of it is local taste, which is too tough for Western tourists.
The hotel staff is very helpful and the reception service is good, despite the missing English.
The nearby Sochi Park is the main attraction for children. It's free of charge for Bogatir hotol guests. We visited there every day, and the children loved it! In Sochi Park you will find not just roller coasters and carrousels, but also water play facilities, a dolphinarium and a circus.
