The walls of the rooms are thin, the toilet flush is so tight that you can break your fingers, the potatoes in the dining room are very often rotten, both in appearance and in taste. Good hotel. The staff is caring, there is a dining room and a cafe on the ground floor. The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. On the floors there are ironing boards, dryers, a cooler. Only the soundproofing in the rooms is not very good. You can hear what the neighbors are talking about.
Nice place: clean and comfortable rooms, good dining nearby, the staff is friendly. The sea is 5 minutes walk. Of the minuses: very thin walls, you can hear how calm the neighbors are saying. Plus a smoking room under the windows of the room, so it’s not possible to sleep with the window open. The rest of the hotel left only positive impressions.

I lived there in a hostel, shops within walking distance, prices are acceptable for the region. The room is good, hot water, a lodge on the 3rd floor (kitchen, sofas, 3 tables) to the beach 20 minutes walk through the Olympic Park. I also advise you to visit the singing fantan, of course it cannot be compared with the UAE, but for Russia it’s not even bad.
Excellent combination of price and quality. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The cafe has excellent cuisine, but if you want to cook on your own, there is a kitchen on the top floor. The staff is very polite and attentive. Go to a meeting in difficult situations. There is a free shuttle to the beach. I recommend.
Perhaps the best cuisine on the entire coast, including Abkhazia. The room are small, but to sleep at the time. The kitchen pays for all the shortcomings.
