The walls of the rooms are thin, the toilet flush is so tight that you can break your fingers, the potatoes in the dining room are very often rotten, both in appearance and in taste. I am supplementing the review, the shower lives its own life, firstly, it takes a long time to set up, and secondly, it can be doused with boiling water or ice water at any time.

Poor soundproofing between rooms and a little cramped in the rooms. No tables, only bedside tables. It is clearly felt that the owner wanted to make as many rooms as possible for maximum financial return from the available hotel space. Everything else is great. Excellent staff, distance to the sea, location of the hotel, etc.

Good hotel. The staff is caring, there is a dining room and a cafe on the ground floor. The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. On the floors there are ironing boards, dryers, a cooler. Only the soundproofing in the rooms is not very good. You can hear what the neighbors are talking about.

Nice place: clean and comfortable rooms, good dining nearby, the staff is friendly. The sea is 5 minutes walk. Of the minuses: very thin walls, you can hear how calm the neighbors are saying. Plus a smoking room under the windows of the room, so it’s not possible to sleep with the window open. The rest of the hotel left only positive impressions.

So today the hotel Dolina Cozy rooms, friendly friendly staff’ restaurant is nearby, the sea is three steps away. Several types of rooms. There are additional services (washing - ironing including). The restaurant has a children's play area! The average check is 300-400 rubles! I hope the virtual tour will show everything for the right decision.

Convenient location of the hotel, quiet street, but only 5 minutes to the sea, 20 minutes to the Olympic Park, public transport runs on the next street. Thanks for the rest. We were at the hotel from June 17-21. Very clean, comfortable, large room. Gorgeous patio for evening tea and children's entertainment. Everything is new, everything works, corresponds to the description and reviews. The staff are friendly and responsive. The hotel is located on a quiet street, there are parking spaces. Near dining, restaurants and entertainment for children. Sea 5 minutes. Olympic facilities in 10 min.

We are resting here now. Pros: - clean everywhere (in the yard, room, corridors), rooms were cleaned when we left - nearby is an excellent and inexpensive dining room - at the State Duma there is a kitchen for those who like to cook themselves - there is a barbecue (we did not use it) - its own free parking - the owner prepares and sells chacha and we haven’t tried the wine, but they say good things...

Excellent location, 3 min from the sea. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly hosts. Within walking distance there are all the necessary shops, cafes, pharmacy, canteens.

Very nice, comfortable, cozy, clean, fresh and welcoming place to stay! We came on the recommendation of friends. Were with two children (4 and 10l) there was a two-room suite just class, there is not a single complaint about either the service or housing. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, set of dishes, TV, air conditioning in every room. In the courtyard there is a kitchen with a stove, microwave...

Good, friendly hosts. The rooms cleaning every day. Clean. Within two weeks of visiting twice changed the bed linen and towels.
