A feeling of life in Soviet dormitory. Breakfasts - quite bad.
Clean but nothing special - best to stay closer to Sochi
The place is clean and nicely located. Single reception for zillion of buildings is very inconvenient!
Now February-March here is quiet and peaceful. There is no kettle in the room. Good shop on site. At this time the restaurant is closed. Summer to sea dalekovato, I think.
Convenient infrastructure, sauna, pool, gym, bathroom. Clean and tidy. Wifi is so-so. AC charged, blows fresh Alpine air.
"Good three " The room got a big, but empty. No there is no kettle, no Cutlery and cups ? small. The audibility is such that you hear what people are saying in the hallway and an adjacent room ( in the season will be hard). At the checkpoint at the entry/Exit inspection of the trunk, and do it entirely formal, i.e. to work on enhancing security does not have any relationship!

A very good family hotel. Excellent, varied food. Lots of activities for children. A well-equipped beach. Large, well-maintained grounds. The pools are a lifesaver when swimming in the sea is impossible due to the waves. The room is equipped with everything you need, and it is cleaned daily. We had a family vacation, and everyone was happy.
Guys, this is an amazing hotel! You can relax here in any season. There are heated pools and saunas, a free shuttle to Rosa Khutor during ski season, and so on. The hotel is spacious and has many buildings, but the main one is truly something else. You can spend hours in the lobby with a cup of coffee from the bar there. The sea is just a couple of minutes' walk away, and the Olympic and Sochi...
Finally, I've been here! What a wonderful place! We booked a 4-day stay here in March. We loved it so much that we've booked another one for the summer! We weren't disappointed with the hotel; all the reviews saying it was great were true 😊. We were checked in right away, and didn't wait until 2:00 PM (subject to availability). We booked a standard room (two mothers and daughters)....

Great hotel,food is good,rooms are great,the condo,everything was clean,cleaned every day,the room bathrobes,Slippers,towels including for the beach,kettle,cups ,tea,Hairdryer, even an iron and Ironing Board,on site all for sports for recreation ,entertainment,children's playgrounds and animators,as well as concerts,various medical procedures,the doctors are great the back corrected,we as newlyweds...
