Wonderful owner and management in general. The rooms are clean, everything is neat. Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the sea, the heated swimming pool on the roof just won our heart. Downstairs there is a hammam, a sauna, and you can go straight from the hotel to the dining room. I recommend 15/10.

Great place especially for a person from northern regions. The sun is not too hot; the sea and the beach are freely available. There are lots of hotels in the Adler district to choose from. The prices are acceptable.
The hotel is ordinary, but looks pretty pathetic. The service is Soviet and not particularly helpful, it is not clear when they are rebuilt...the prices are European, and the service in the old Soviet Union. Rested in early August. Liked it very much. I advise everyone to this hotel. Lovely rooms, every day cleaning,helpful staff.
