Cool place but no free wifi like they claimed

Changes from February 2021. The service, friendliness and cleanliness of the rooms remained the same. The canteen on the ground floor has closed for the winter - a minus. The network "Crossroads" was opened nearby - a plus. The frigate with the pool and the mud baths department is closed - minus. A dining room with evening live (!) Music and a bar next to "Perek" was opened - a plus.
So, in general, everything is fine as it was!

Great place especially for a person from northern regions. The sun is not too hot; the sea and the beach are freely available. There are lots of hotels in the Adler district to choose from. The prices are acceptable.

Vacation in June 2016. Great hotel,dining at the hotel is good,staff is friendly,the view from the room window was of the sea.

Rested in early August. Liked it very much. I advise everyone to this hotel. Lovely rooms, every day cleaning,helpful staff. We thank the management and staff for their kindness,honest attitude to their work,now it is a rarity,a special thanks to the maid Maria and the administrator Nastya,well done,thanks to Alexey,his Wife and Alsou.

The hotel is ordinary, but looks pretty pathetic.
The service is Soviet and not particularly helpful, it is not clear when they are rebuilt...the prices are European, and the service in the old Soviet Union.
Dining pleased with the quality, but not quantity (maybe this is their success)
Of course very small relative to the other, but one a month is not etched and similar problems were not.
However, I want to eat fish overseas and other delights, but here it is, and if there is, then, that there is not in any seaside town.

The only plus is the proximity of the beach, otherwise it's disgusting. It was very dirty, the roof was leaking, and the drain in the shower was not working. Toilet paper was brought in a day :) No shampoo, soap, towels for feet. The air conditioning did not work (they refused to fix it) and there was no light in the shower room. For a long time they ran after the hostess of the hotel with a request to provide a second set of linen in a double room. Some negative memories of this place!

Terrible in one word. Mud is everywhere. There is no staff at all. There is no territory. Some cars are parked. No place to play with kids. They inflated the trampoline once, my child wanted to jump. He was immediately removed. It turned out it was for the director's granddaughter. This is the attitude

The hotel is clean and comfortable, suitable for young people and families with children. In place of the leadership, I would settle these categories away from each other, but during the peak season it is difficult. Nearby - the sea and the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, many cafes and resort town. The rooms are comfortable and the price is amazing. I recommend - price / quality for 5
