Air conditioners work through one place. They turn off and it is not clear when it will turn on again. The humidity is terrible in the rooms. Breakfast was included, but we were 2 times maximum. It's the same every day. Very few, the products are the cheapest, not tasty. The idea with balconies is strange, as you walk on a construction site. In general, you can erase all this, but we will not return again.
Breakfast is good, cleaned once a week. After that, only the towels were changed at the orcs, they did not put bath and soap accessories.
Anyone who wants to stay in this hotel, I really do not advise. It all starts with the check-in, you can be deceived, if you check into an apartment, then they are all different in size, and the prices are the same! Also, don't pay in advance, or until you see how different the numbers are.
The price includes breakfast, this breakfast is just an egg, either boiled or casserole, and annual sausages, that's all!
Wi-Fi is terrible, it catches badly, intermittently, then it is there, then it is not, and the speed is very slow.
If it was possible to put minus 5 stars, I would put it, I do not advise anyone, they will deceive and rob !!!!!!!

Vacationing here for a week. Only positive impressions - the room is clean, linen fresh. Convenient location, polite staff. There is even a Playground with exercise equipment! Below and on vacation to keep the shape :)
Very noisy at night, sleep is not possible

I liked the service very much. Comfortable rooms. Snow-white linen. Breakfast is included in the payment. Special thanks for the breakfast !!! Delicious porridge! Porridge from childhood, as my mother cooked. Recommend.
By chance, we got to the Anapa-Patio hotel for good luck. Rested in June 2021, rested with pleasure. The rooms are large, with a gorgeous view, the furniture is comfortable and clean. Everything is nearby, the sea, cafes, the embankment. Normal and tasty breakfasts. The staff is at the level.
