I went with friends at my own peril, after reading reviews. Well, my friends could not afford a more expensive hotel. Reading the reviews worried:
1. Unsmiling staff. Yes, there is. The staff is unsmiling, but at the same time everyone is always polite, attentive, responsive and caring.
2. Cold pool. If you touch the holes where the water comes from, then it is warm. In July-August the water was comfortable for swimming
3. Audibility in the rooms. This is yaaaa. Every sneeze is heard))) If you are traveling with a lightly sleeping baby - this hotel is not for you.
4. Bad dining room. No. This is not true. Everything is not so terrible, for a dining room the menu is very diverse. I don’t know what they find expensive there, and how much you need to collect for 1000 rubles. My average check for three came out plus or minus 500 rubles. Nearby there is a dining room Acropolis, also quite good. And here is the barbecue, which for some reason everyone praises, to put it mildly, with a stretch for a C grade.

From the rest I got everything I wanted. I was with two children aged 9 and 3. The children played, swam, and I had the opportunity to look after them, basking in the sun in a sun lounger.

Rooms and service in them: air conditioners, comfortable beds, refrigerator, towels, toilet paper, water carafe, 4 cups and saucers, spoons, 2 glasses. Cleaning is carried out (the floors are wiped, the bathroom is washed and the garbage is taken out) daily. The towels were changed on the 4th day, the guests' things are not touched! tea - no one will touch her.
Additionally, there is an ironing board and iron on each floor, opposite the elevator on each floor there are coolers with hot and cold water. There is a Sberbank ATM at the reception. Cards are not accepted for payment: only cash or Sberbank transfer. Free Wi-Fi works well.

I'm spoiled by hotels like Movenpick, Sheraton and Kempinski, but I'm more than satisfied with this hotel. Maybe because I didn’t expect a miracle, but it happened)))) There are, of course, shortcomings, but you can wind up to the post, people, be simpler! Leave the whims and enjoy your vacation! And with cheap show-offs - out, to the Grand Hotel nearby or to Deauville across the road, for 300 thousand a week

The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The pool is good and big. But for me it is important that the food is good) of course it is convenient that there is a dining room on the territory, a cafe in which kebabs for every taste, drinks. Everything seems to be nearby, but we ate only once in the dining room, we don’t want to do it again. Dumplings are so weathered, dried, despite the fact that they were already just swimming in oil, rice porridge was not dairy, there was only one water, pancakes with fillings were dry. In the cafe, they sold us barbecue during the day, apparently the traffic is not as high as in the evening, so pork, heart, dorado were as dry as possible, only potatoes with lard were tasty. Very disappointed with the food. We are not sorry to give money for food, if it is really tasty, but here we gave money and did not receive any pleasure. We didn’t sleep for a day, we were tired from the road, and the food was not tasty either. The first impression was ruined.

Excellent! The dining room is good, the choice of all dishes is varied, it is open from early morning until 11 pm, it is very convenient, you can come up at any evening. I liked the pool, only the sun beds are always occupied with towels, and the owners themselves don’t have towels for half a day, they themselves noticed ... I would like the administration to warn guests not to do this.
