The hotel is located near the highway, making it convenient for transportation.
The fresh air and natural surroundings provide the opportunity for leisurely, healthy walks.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer any questions.
The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options daily.

We stayed at this hotel with our whole family and were very pleased. The room was cozy, clean, and warm, and they provided disposable toiletries. We were also pleased with the children's corner, which was very helpful since we were traveling with a small child.
A wide selection of dishes to suit every taste.
The pool was warm, and there was a sauna. The staff was very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back!

The hotel is simply excellent for the price! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. It's perfect for those who don't particularly care about the sea. There's a huge pool, sun loungers, and terraces. The buffet is a special treat. Everything is home-cooked and delicious! Dirty dishes are cleared promptly. The entire area is kept clean. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there, even the seemingly unnecessary details. I'd also like to mention the location—yes, it's far from the sea, but for "locals," it's fantastic. Quiet, peaceful, with a view of the birds flying over the field. And another plus is that you can rent rooms by the day, no problem, for the same price. We'll definitely come again!

Overall, the hotel is decent. The pool, delicious food, and the children's play area were all pluses for me. The downside is the incredible noise level. I agree with the review about the noisy teenagers. Unfortunately, we also lived next door to them. A good night's sleep is very important to me, and this fact upset me. I also wanted to point out the terrible state of the gym. Not only are the exercise machines old, but most of them don't work. You can certainly work out if you really want to, but it's not very comfortable. Without a car, staying at this hotel might be a bit inconvenient, as the sea and other entertainment options are quite a distance away. Despite the downsides, I was satisfied with my stay and will probably return.

We stayed for a night in October, from October 26th to October 27th. Pros: The pool is large and warm;
Delicious food, plenty of choice.
Decent room.
Children's area on the 3rd floor;
Small but cozy playground with a trampoline.
The location was fine for us; we were driving to Anapa, a 5-7-minute drive.

Cons: Very poor soundproofing in the room. Our child couldn't sleep during nap time because we could hear our neighbors' TV very clearly, as if it were in our room. We could hear passing traffic all night, and it was very loud (we stayed on the 3rd floor).

Nowhere to dry clothes after the pool! We couldn't go to the pool the next day because there were no dry towels, and our swimsuits with adjustments weren't dry.

We rested in this hotel as a married couple in August 2019. Initially, we went to our south with a little apprehension, but all our fears were dispelled on the first day of rest. We can say about the hotel: the rooms are clean and comfortable, they will always wash and clean upon request, in eight days we were cleaned four times, towels and bed linen were changed twice. The food here is wonderful, they cook very tasty, from breakfast, lunch and dinner you will go out full and satisfied. I really liked the pool - large, clean and warm, the water temperature is 30 degrees, which is very pleasing, especially when it's cloudy outside. The hotel has a bar where they make insanely crazy cocktails at a reasonable price and yes, hookah lovers, be sure to try it. Despite the distance from the sea, there is a transfer from the hotel four times a day. At the same time, the transfer takes you to an awesome clean, sandy beach, where the sea is very clear. We had a great time here, next time we will stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Comfortable rooms, a large indoor pool, small supermarket with everything you need in the hotel, elegant entertaining areas, huge balcony with sun loungers, 2 large lounge with hammocks, gym, sauna, steam bath on firewood. Summer kitchen with barbecue. Very welcoming hosts. A very happy holiday!

I liked everything, friendly staff, very tasty cooked(can be ordered at the time food), mini-market you can buy what you need and not expensive, has a pool,treneska,a children's play.the rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need.plus consider the distance from the center, not heard of tourists partying till the morning!

We loved the hotel.Has its own kitchen,mini-market, swimming pool, gym,cook and everything is fresh,though, and to sea 25-30min walk,but the atmosphere in the hotel everything brightens up.When the Anapa car car,house house,here live the grace, the peace and quiet.You will not be disappointed.

The room, halls and other areas are clean, the pool is large and warm. The food is tasty and regular. Of the minuses - the air conditioner was leaking in our room, and it was leaking specifically by splashing onto the wall and head)
Connecting to the local wi-fi is quite problematic, we never used it.
A good bar "built" into the building of the hotel will brighten up your quiet evenings with delicious cocktails at affordable prices, quality hookah and excellent staff attitude.
The considerable distance from the city, the main entertainment and civilization makes you literally go broke in a taxi.
The hotel has wonderful recreation areas and a shuttle that will take you to the place of swimming like a paddling pool - a sandy beach, waist-deep for 30 meters. Hence the advice - visit other beaches on your own.
These disadvantages are insignificant, because they are expected when choosing a family-run, remote hotel.
I think it was a good experience, but next time we will prefer to live near civilization.
