Dream Hotel

I liked the hotel very much, I want to come back. There are sun loungers by the beach, a good pool, service. Everyone is very friendly and smiling, which is still rare in Russian resorts. Upon arrival, they give a welcome cocktail - very pleasant and unexpected. Provided free airport shuttle. Breakfast is good, you won't be hungry, there are antiseptics everywhere.
Of the minuses, the site does not present a standard room option with a side sea view (only with and without a view - that is, only 2 price options). We ordered a room with a view (kind of like, assuming that with a sea view), the day before arrival they called from the hotel and said that there is only a side view, but it is no worse than a direct one. Upon check-in, they settled in a room with a view of the parking lot and rooftops, the sea could only be seen if you bend over from the balcony, since the wave of the balcony is directed not towards the sea, but towards the parking lot, as a result, the entire sea view is closed by a partition with the next room. There was simply no limit to frustration! Since the goal was just the view! It is worth noting that the issue was resolved, although not immediately, but, I must admit, this is what greatly spoiled the overall impression.

As a result, they moved to a room with a direct sea view, for which many thanks! The view was just wonderful! But there was no Internet at all from the word at all (wi-fi sometimes caught only at the front door), even LTE communication on different operators did not work (of course, this is not a question for the hotel). But taking into account the view, they did not pay attention to this. But you need to fix it! Since the internet by the pool works better than in the room (room 336). By the way, in the room "without a view or with a side view" the Internet worked perfectly.
And from the wishes, it would be good to give shampoo in jars as a standard, since it is simply impossible to rinse long hair with a 1m bag. And the rest of the sea, that is, you have to wash your head often. But this is an uncritical remark.

The large swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, there is a bar nearby. Walk to the sea for a minute, or even less, from the balcony of the room you can not only see, but also hear the sea. The hotel has its own beach equipped with sun loungers, it is freer than everywhere else, but there are many people and not only guests, whoever wants to go. For comparison, look at the Dynasty Hotel in Vityazevo, for the same money you will receive 0 service in the Dynasty, farther to the sea, and from the 2nd floor it is barely visible because of the dunes, and the rooms are cleaned by a blooper, dirty curtains and a toilet bowl.

We swim in the pool, should be heated, but still cold (Another disadvantage is the exit from the hotel territory territorii on the one hand there is a dirty path washed out by water and stones, on the other there is a gravel path, very uncomfortable with a stroller !!! There is practically no animation, prices for lunch and dinner 500 r per adult 350 per child, small ones up to 3 in my opinion are free, in general, it's okay to pay 2700 for lunch and dinner (another of the minuses: the location of the air conditioner, blows directly on those who lie on the bed, and caught a cold (( PROS! Polite, helpful staff, water is supplied every day, cleaned, there are beach towels, delicious breakfast (it is included), clean linen is pleasant, there are dryers for the balcony, toilet stands for children, highchairs in the restaurant, refrigerator in the room, kettle , gels, shampoos report, it's really very close to the sea, if not for the tina ?
and! It's still bad that the shops are far away, there are no fives and magnets nearby !!! Take mixes and diapers with you !!! generally expensive, Turkey is still far away)

Very customer oriented place. You can give 4 stars for the service, there is not enough spa, but I understand that they have plans for this. In general, it is very cozy, modern and tasty. I recommend to families with children, there is animation for children, musical evenings for adults.

New hotel, good location. Pros first:
Free parking, new furniture and spacious rooms, a decent buffet, the hotel is small and therefore not crowded.

There is a private beach 50 meters away, or rather it is common, but the hotel's sun loungers are only for hotel guests.

Minuses:
The cleaning is not very thorough. the hair on the shower bars upon arrival is not very pleasant to see.
There are no shelves for clothes. There are enough closets, but clothes can only be hung in them. As a result, we have most of the Clothes in our suitcases. A chest of drawers or a couple of shelves in each of the cabinets would be useful.
In general, the hotel lacks ergonomics and comfort. For example, the spacious bathroom of the suite could have made a couple more towel hooks instead of dumping all the bathrobes and towel onto one small shelf. Or a couple of paintings would greatly improve the interior.
One and a half duvet cover (one) for a double bed.
There is a restaurant, but for some reason there is no children's menu in it. At the same time, disappointed with the restaurant's menu, we can no longer go to the buffet, as it must be paid in advance.
There is a Wi-Fi, but it does not catch well on the territory. Lte also works intermittently here.
The cons are not global, they are easy to fix.
Overall, the hotel experience is good.
