We found this hotel by chance, forced into it. We didn't have to think long. We stayed for three nights and were very pleased. It's brand new! You walk into your room and it smells like fresh laminate flooring! It smells like a fresh renovation. Floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views in the room and bathroom (we stayed in a deluxe room on the 6th floor), modern design, delicious food and drinks. Food is available at any time, and it changes in the following order: breakfast/buffet + champagne, coffee/tea + Viennese waffles and pastries, lunch/buffet + drinks, including high-quality alcoholic drinks from glass bottles, after-lunch drinks + pizza, then dinner (as rich as lunch). The restaurant is always open, so you can just sit and stall for time if the weather is bad. The people working at this hotel are very kind. Absolutely everyone! They are simply pleasant and warm.

The key is to choose the right hotel, and then even a 1,000-kilometer journey won't seem like a daunting task. It's a new hotel. The staff is young, polite, and very attentive. It's spotlessly clean. The spa, pool, and program are wonderful. A special thank you to the staff for the romantic compliment.

When we were looking for a hotel for our family vacation, we considered this one. I was worried there weren't many reviews. It's a wonderful hotel for a family vacation. The food is varied and, importantly, delicious. There's children's entertainment all day long. Daily cleaning and towel changes are also included. Special thanks to the hotel staff! I highly recommend it!

Second time in this hotel. The first time was in September 2021, it was already cold to swim in the sea, but the pool and sauna are gorgeous. Then a 7-storey building was still open, we had a room with a huge window in the bathroom. In January 2022, they took a regular room, but they gave us a deluxe room (a gift from the hotel) - 2 double beds, a huge transparent balcony, a spacious room - mega cool. The cleanliness of the rooms, everything you need is there. Responsive staff. The food is great, great variety, decent wine. Lots of food. I would like to add something other than rolls in the intermediate nutrition. I ate baby purees from the children's refrigerator that was put in. It wasn't there last year. The pool is warm, it's zero outside, and you swim. In general, everything is gorgeous. Parents traveled to many places abroad, they said that the hotel had a good level, worthy. Thanks! We'll be back again.

But if many are familiar with the All inclusive service, then you can rarely encounter Luxury.
Understanding this Luxury is very simple:
Order additional procedures in the beauty and health center;
Order your favorite songs in karaoke 🎤, where the animators will not only sing along but also accompany you;
Try a delicious Swedish line that is not repeated if you live all week;
Celebrate your birthday get a compliment, champagne and dessert;
And a lot of pleasant things: free parking, a separate Swedish line for children, early check-in and late check-out, nice bed linen and cosmetics.
In general, the beloved Alean family thank you from all our family for a slanting vacation, first-class service and affordable prices.

We were at the hotel on January 21-22. very very cozy, hospitable, stylish. delicious and varied cuisine. responsive staff. We, as a regular customer of the Alean network, received a bottle of Chateau Tamagne champagne as a gift. nice, even for non-drinkers. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. everywhere is clean. repair - accommodating. Very convenient location - on Pioneer Avenue, next to the sea. Good spa area. Even after the steam room we swam in the pool - 21 degrees, but after the steam room it was just fine. In general, a pleasant hotel, we were very satisfied. New mattresses are generally pleasing - I slept much faster than I usually do in hotels, on business trips. delicious coffee in the canteen, I drink cappuccino.

We always relax in the Alean hotel chain. Correspondence of price and quality always matches! Minus - there is no territory from the word at all. Pros - a spa complex and a heated outdoor pool, good and tasty buffet meals, nice, comfortable and stylish rooms! Polite and friendly staff - we were very surprised and happy to meet with the staff of the hotel Usadba))) Olesya and Polina separate greetings to you and thank you very much !!! The hotel is good, we really liked everything, we will come back in the summer !!!

We rested with a large company on New Year's holidays. I liked the hotel very much. The staff is unobtrusive, friendly, ready to help at any time of the day. The rooms are cozy, a spa complex with an outdoor pool. Meals - buffet: both children and adults have a good and tasty menu. There is a children's room, interesting children's animation. Special thanks to animator Alexei for an exciting pastime of an adult company - Mafia is immortal!)))) We recommend this hotel for family vacations!

Excellent ECO building, everything is new. Polite staff, all questions were answered via WhatsApp. The price includes 3 meals a day, according to previous reviews there is nothing to add, they are fed with a bang. Everything is very tasty and satisfying

Lula was served from the west, but none of the staff, of course, could smell it. Instead of an apology, they did a favor, did not include it in the bill. Waiters sell more, do not specify the quantity. The kebab is not very good.

Good food, decent location. Free sun loungers on the beach. Helpful staff. All this is a big plus. Lack of territory, wasteland between the buildings. For this I shoot one star.

Good boarding house. If you wish, you can dig up shortcomings, but there is also a desire to mention the friendly staff, daily cleaning of the room, excellent food, its own beach ... I recommend it!
