For a room for 3 adults, according to the classics of the genre, only 2 sets of toiletries, towels, slippers, bathrobes, cups and glasses were issued. It is better to have your own toiletries with you. provided by the hotel do a poor job, although they look good at first glance. Drinking water is not provided on the floor or in the room.

Our room was on a high floor, overlooking the sea, with a long balcony with two exits. There is no WiFi and the network catches every other time from two different operators. The bed is comfortable. Hotel bed linen, good quality white and clean. Design, finishing materials and electronics are budgetary. There are problems with draining the water in the shower. A door with a conventional lock. There is no way to notify the staff so as not to be disturbed. Low ceilings with an arch beam between the living room and sleeping area are very traumatic for tall people. Also, the switches are located problematically low for them. You should be very careful on the balcony with children, because on the balcony the tiles are also slanted down from the threshold (it is advisable to be in shoes and not be on wet tiles). Once again, it is better to dry things in the room. Drying on the balcony was provided, but flimsy and without clothespins, which will not be enough for gusts of wind to carry your things away, and drops will make the tiles wet and traumatic. Balcony fencing - the grill and the child's leg will pass without problems, 3 sockets for the whole room are concentrated away from each user. There is a telephone, but there are no numbers of any department, not even the reception.

For our country and this class of the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness of everything in the room. Until one more star, it was not enough just to monitor the cleanliness and condition of the kettle, as well as dust on the cabinet.

Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A good choice of Soviet cuisine for this category of hotel, but after 3-5 days it becomes boring. It is worth doing a little work on the consistency of the arrangement of the offered dishes and drinks, as well as their variety and, in particular, quality. Sometimes a live kitchen appears (they will cook food with you), in this case, pancakes. The same playlist is played every day.

Service ⭐️
The service is poor. Young guys at breakfast work with dignity, actively clear the table, despite the tasteless cyclical playlist every day. The main problem is in the management of the department, because the guys clearly vegetate in a routine without useful skills and important training in etiquette and communication with guests. Therefore, you will not be asked once again whether it is possible to pick up something, but simply will be taken away or passed by. If asked, it is somehow tactless. Hostesses require special attention and in-depth study of etiquette and hospitality in general. Telling guests that it’s already 10:00 and they are closing without being reminded in advance, without offering to take anything else and without being able to finish breakfast, because after 5 minutes she comes back to say that they are TRUE to close. During the week of stay, this was repeated more than 3 times. I think this is pure rudeness, which can easily spoil the mood, calmness and stay in this Sanatorium of Psychosomatics. If it is possible to deduct breakfast at the time of booking from the total amount, you would definitely not have missed this opportunity.

Beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Accessibility is not the best. It is 700m to the dedicated beach and it is difficult to find the first time. It is located directly opposite Mabi and near the DiLuch beach, which is easier to find than Anapa-Ocean. There are plastic hard sun loungers and it is more convenient for those who are lean on the sand or to buy / take a beach mattress with them, because a sanatorium towel will not make the situation easier. Sheds save from the strong sun. The toilet on the beach is paid, as it is almost everywhere in the wonderful city of Anapa, and there would be something to pay for .. a hole in the floor and terribly dirty.
